No one was there when we arrived at our scheduled pickup time (made days in advance). No one would pick up the phone for this location. Waited and called for 30 mins. Finally got through to U-Haul on 1-800 number and they transferred my reservation over to another location across town with a $50 credit.
Was not worth the hassle, trip delay, and inconvenience. Would not trust this location.

Needed somewhere to drop off a U-Haul trailer and it was no problem at all. Staff was friendly and helpful
