Looking to get a hitch installed on my jeep. I wanted to go to a truck accessory type of shot but settled on uhaul. So glad I went to uhaul because the hitch came out great! Wires are perfect too!
This place gave us a messed up truck still charged us and should've replaced it for us knowing it was messed up

Jacob gave me a 26 foot truck. I asked about a check out papers and it was not needed. I drove 9 miles home and the exhaust sounded like it was about dead, the gear shifter would not easily go into gears, the parking brake does not work at all and the air conditioning does not work. I try calling the store to inquire many times and all I get is "Uhaul, please hold" immediately. Never have I gotten any help yet. I am returning this Jalapi.
Excellent job by manager and the man who did our paperwork. We downsized the needed trailer, very gracious about that, and best of all they open at 7 so we could get an early start. Well done, guys!
Made an appointment for Saturday at 11 to get hitch installed and comes to find out they never put me on the schedule. Manager blamed it on the new guy but looks like lack of management and training was the issue.

If I could leave a -5 review, it would show how rude and condescending the man/service person was when I was returning the truck. I had issues with the truck on the highway. It had front window damages that were not my fault! As I’m trying to explain, or talk to this man/service person he acted as if he didn’t care or want to hear about it! Stating that I brought the truck to the wrong location as if it bothered him, and he had to personally move it himself. I hope to never use this location again!
