Its a good place to get a used part and cheap price bring your tools and get it this is not a park that has a lot of restrooms I like the place I got a few transmission and a lot of good parts I visit this place every month. I recommend this place to anyone who need to repair there car on budget

It had minor parts scattered in the walking area. The employer’s at cashier were decent. Now for the public potties, I felt they should a restroom for women as well. We don’t like seeing “urine” all over the seats & the “urine smell either”! The parking where you parked your vehicles was cleaned. Another they should had “hand sanitizers” in public potty’s as well. How do they expect you as a clients to was their hands. I know U-Pull-&-Pay is an opening junkyard, it would be nice to not “charged a customer for an/a water bottle! It’s already humid outside as it is. They should even have more than one restroom for their clients while they’re there. It would have been more convenient than just one!

Ok there's no way they have a legitimate 4.9 rating, now I feel they are better than lkq junkyards but they are so slow dealing with customers, I've sat there while they are talking on cell phones and just ignore people and when checking out sit there and watch 1 person work while 4 others do nothing, but that's what they get when they hire the people they have, but a solid 3 and for a junkyard that's not bad

They keep all the good cars in the back they strip all the good items before putting in the yard I was accidentally told by one of the employees there

This is definitely a good place if you’re into old school cars you’ll find parts in good condition here and the staff is always cool they treat you like family here. Plus price’s are reasonable this star Makes it 6 star’s

This place has cheap parts compared to other auto parts stores and salvage yards. However, I did recently notice that they increased their entry fee another dollar, but I can understand the situation they may be in.

Employees are friendly and helpful. But, you should plan before you go. Go onto their website and look for the cars you need parts from. They have a map and the cars are marked and ordered. You can find the placement of the car you are looking for on their website, as well as the rest of their inventory. Also, dress appropriately, I prefer not to go when it has recently rained to avoid puddles and mud. On sunny days make sure to at the very least wear a hat and if you can bring a bottle or two of water to help fight the heat and dehydration.

Good place to buy used auto parts! The streets in the yard are hard pack caliche, not gravel, so much easier to roll a dolly or wagon on. This yard has wheelbarrows and carts to move your toolbox and parts on, and reasonable prices. I was there on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded.
Not too hard to get to, close to Gulf Freeway and Almeda Genoa, and Monroe.

Good prices. Dan the supervisor is very understanding and will do whatever it takes to get you the part you need. Understaffed but the crew get the job done. My appreciation also to Jennifer with the tire machine

Great place to go get OE parts from cars that people just don’t want anymore and you find good items on them at a unbeatable price. Wide selection no extra fees for newer model cars section either! Very helpful staff. And they pay too $ for and junk car you like to sell above all other yards.

First time there. I didn't get the guys name. Very nice Hispanic man. Told him it was my first time and was very helpful. They definitely saved the day when I was five states away and needed a part for my Jeep. Thanks for allowing me to get back home in time for Christmas!

Lots of vehicles big selection the staff here have always treated me with respect, been helpful, and friendly, to the grown man that whining about the lady man shake that off bro we all have days that could be better regardless of how that person makes you feel good or bad you never know what that person is going through. Be positive on life. Now

To all people there is a group of males usually 4 to 5 sometime they have a female with them they go into the yards with two dolleys set there tools out in the open walk away while one of them hides and watches the tools for someone to take something so they can gang up.tto have a c a argument e others walk around and when they hear are see someone with impact one will approach start ask stupid questions while the others move in like a pack of wholves to take tools wallet. Etc. I have seen this happen here, and at LKQ yards, LKQ is suppose to have there pics BTW per harris Co. Sherriff Pay attention it's sad these scams prey on people to steal other man's tools.again Watch your surrondings.

Great staff, great selection of cars to pull parts from. I’ve pulled parts for 5-6 different cars for myself and family, inventory and price search on their website is super helpful! Setting up alerts on their website is super helpful. Set up vehicle models/years and you’ll get an email when a fresh car is put on the lot. I’ve been to many other pull-a-parts in Houston and this upullupay is my favorite.
