Took three and a half weeks to only take some screws out and tell me they didn't want to go any further because it didn't just lift apart after that on my computer. It took me less than 5 minutes to find a YouTube video, more like 1 minute, that showed the are some tension tabs holding it together and they didn't even try. They did a terrible job and I cannot recommend them at all any more. They did great several years ago replacing a cracked phone screen of mine but something as simple as this not getting done (battery replacement on laptop) is way too big of a red flag for me to deal with. The last picture is a far as they got which is essentially just taking the back cover off.

BTW I was able to replace the battery and the DC port in less than an hour and a half even though I had to buy a electronics screwdriver and thermal paste to fix it.

Had to uber, for the first time, to this place. Had a phone emergency situation and they handled it fairly quickly. Actually looks brand new! Pleasantly surprised.thx yall

Whiny staff that couldn't handle Asurion on the phone so I had to. Was also in there for 3.5 hours for a simple screen fix. Manager was full of excuses to everyone and whining to every new customer and made stuff feel like the customer's fault. This already lengthy post could be an essay of detail, but I'll leave it at that.

Although it had taken about two weeks to get my father’s iPad Air 2 repaired (the on and off button and headphone jack) he was very happy with the finished product.

Came in for a checkup because my phone wasnt turning on. They said that it didint work no more yet didint even open the phone and check to see if any damage was made. Recomend somewhere else.

Avoid! I called and asked if they could repair an iPad pro. I was told yes, they would price match, and it'll take 24 hours. I drove in and it was all a lie. I was told they won't price match and it'll take 3 weeks for repair. Wasted my morning!

There seems to be a disconnect from the customer service number, the stores don't answer their own phones and what the franchise stores can do. Don't bother. Go to cellular zone, off Dezavala Rd. Done in 2 hrs and 1/2 the price. I am not kidding.

The techs are awesome! My husband dropped his phone and went completely black. When his new one arrived, I took it there to see if they could transfer all including pictures to his new one. They did! And at a reasonable price. I will be a returning customer.

The attendant was so helpful and informative. Especially since I don't know much about phone warranties. He was able to pull up all of my info and get me to the best route for my phone repair:)

Took my phone in to get the screen fixed. Its usable but not the same quality match. The screen has a blur to it and wasn't pressed into place all the way. Also, my screens response is not the same. I have to press harder to get it to react. It will work for now but you get what you pay for:/ Next time I'll just get a new phone. Sales man was not transparent about the cost due and I paid one fee when I left then had a balance when I returned for phone and had to pay that too. Overall not bad but could definitely use some extra professionalism.

Amazing customer service. Chris (got a well deserved promotion and isn't at the location any longer) took great care of me and the other customers I seen come and go while I waited for data to transfer. All staff members there were happy and extremely helpful with their customers. I witnessed another employee overcome a severe language barrier with two customers that spoke zero english. He still made it happen and got them taken care of. Zero complaints for this shop. Had some customers on the phone that were less than respectful and I witnessed them handle it with the up most professionalism. 10/10 would go back the next time my wife accidentally runs over my cell phone.
