Didn’t know what was wrong with it after all the time it took to study it and then wanted to charge me for one or the other solutions not knowing If it would work.

Absolutely great experience. Went in expecting to have to replace a screen, but they investigated the issue and found the cause to be a loose connection. I'm grateful that this place had both the expertise and honesty to look into that before automatically going into a more expensive option.

They have had my laptop since December 9th after saying it would be ready for pick up December 13th (it is now January 1st). Every time I call it is either they forgot to order the part, so many people called out they shut the store down, etc. Only get updates when I call them and I am losing out on work while they have it.

UPDATE: Had my laptop almost a month to tell me they can't even fix it. Waste of time.find a place that isn't a chain before coming somewhere like this.

I used to work here during COVID up until early the following year before I moved to Austin. Since then I've been meaning to leave a review of my experience as a tech.

This uBreakiFix repairs a lot of devices within a given week, so the technical and client experience is not without high merit.

I've always noticed returning customers due to an insufficient repair were incredibly sparse; though given the situation, the warranty was always honored.

If a device required a specialized repair such as data recovery from a severely water damaged hard drive; if Ben and his techs couldn't help, there wasn't any hesitation in pointing clients toward another specialist.

What can I say about this place that dozens of other reviewers haven't already said? I logged in to SAMSUNG to see about fixing my phone and they recommended this location to me on their website. I was so happy with the possibility that my S20 could be fixed. I was lucky that they were able to diagnose it and fix it. They are extremely professional, fast, and they communicated with me throughout the process. I am thankful for them being able to fix my phone (white screen of death). I would definitely recommend them to everybody. 5 stars all the way around.

Ben, the store manager at the Bitters location, was so quick and efficient! He went out of his way to stay late to help me when I told him about my long commute getting over there. I'm so grateful for his awesome customer service, and would highly recommend this store to all of my friends!

I've had my device for 4ish years, so when the screen cracked over the weekend, I was devastated. I thought I would have to get a whole new phone since it's an older model.
Luckily my carrier sent me to these guys to get it replaced.
Both gentlemen I interacted with today were very nice and helpful. They replaced my screen within the quoted time frame while I waited at the coffee shop across the parking lot.

This place was a gem. Ben was a no nonsense, informative young man and I appreciate everything he did for me. You guys have a great employee.

Don't go anywhere else with your broken phone. This location has the best customer service and ubreakifix has the best pricing for screen replacement. I shopped around before deciding to bring my phone here. As long as they have the parts in stock and you come in early they may be able to replace same day! Make sure to ask for Ben. It is worth noting that if this location doesn't have your screen in stocks one of the other stores may have it in stocks for same day replacement.

Ben was so nice, my insurance company made some mistakes and he helped me fix them. I'm happy with the service.
