I had the technician Waldemar come to my home to repair my son's phone. He was quick, efficient and was such a pleasure speaking to. I'm grateful he was able to repair my son's phone and communicated before and after arrival.

We filed a claim via our mobile phone service provider to have our daughter’s iPhone screen repaired. Waldemar came to our home, replaced the screen, and even performed a cleaning on it - all under an hour. The process was easy, the service was top-notch, and Waldemar is most definitely an asset to this store. Highly recommended!

Waldemar replaced the battery on my iPhone. He was very professional & explained the process I needed to perform so that my phone was prepared for his visit. It only took about 30 minutes once he started the repair. He did a great job.
