The interaction with staff was excellent. All the diagnostics and work was done as stated. The Starbucks next door is a plus while one waits. An amazingly positive experience. Competent and friendly service that is customer centric. Simply excellent.

Thomas is terrific-highly knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with! He retrieved my iPad as I was about to leave town and am once again most appreciative of the consistently 6STAR service provided by Brandon and his team at UBreakIFix.

No complaints. However on two occasions I did not get notification my item was ready or had been delayed. Had to go to store to find out the status.
Still happy with service/product/etc.

I didn't catch his name, but the technician knew exactly what was going on with my Pixel phone and answered my questions clearly and handled everything with efficiency, with virtually no waiting time to boot!

Had a mac book repair from them.even after months they never actually fixed the mac book ended up making it worse by breaking apart original parts.ended up taking to another place.but they told me whoever worked on it had screwed up the whole laptop.some bolts were missing some parts were damaged, not plugged in the right way.not sure about how they handle other electronics.but do not take your mac here.they will take forever to fix and workers here do very poor job of communicating and they will lie straight to your face about how your device is in process.

My experience here was phenomenal.

My phone was not charging correctly. Santi ran some diagnostic tests and determined the problem was actually with the cable on my charger. I ended up paying $10 for a new cable, and my phone is back to charging perfectly.

The whole process took maybe around 10 minutes in my case. I went in thinking I would have to drop my phone off for a few hours and have some pricey repairs done to the phone itself, and, frankly, if the technicians had advised that such repairs were needed, I would have gone right along with it. Fortunately, Santi is an honest person who only recommends what is truly required.

The day before I visited the store, I called the store and spoke to another gentleman whose name I unfortunately did not catch. This gentleman was also very helpful and professional.uBreakiFix at 501 W 15th St rocks!

I was given information throughout the process. At the end the phone was pretty much toast, but I was clear regarding various costs such as data retrieval and motherboard replacement.

Unsatisfactory customer service experience! Not only did they fail to resolve my laptop issue, but they also damaged the touchpad. Curiously, they charged me $173 upon initial pickup, only for me to discover no improvements and additional damage done. After two weeks, their admission of inability to address both problems led to a refund. Now I have to fix two problems so their name should be iBreakuFix!

Walked in today to see if I could get help opening my old work laptop that had sealed closed due to a broken latch. After trying to open it all weekend without success, I walked across the street to Ubreakifix. Thomas took me right in and was able to open my laptop in about 30 seconds! When I asked what the fee was, Thomas said there was no charge. I appreciated Thomas’s friendly demeanor and quick resolution of my laptop’s mechanical issue. Will definitely return if I have more serious technical issues with a phone or computer.

They took extra care of me and gave me a discount. I can't complain, check them out! Fair and reasonable.

The technicians were courteous and friendly. There was an issue dealing with me just dropping my device off there. Apparently they do not get many returns like that (the fix most on-site). I had to call customer service, who, in turn, called the store (nothing like redundancy), but at the end of the day, we got it resolved, so I'm happy.

Considering the issues at Samsung and the fact that parts/devices/colors are backordered, Brandon and his team went above and beyond to help me with my much needed phone repair, and got my new phone up and running asap. I also really appreciate Brandon holding space while it felt like the world was crashing down around me, and showing empathy for the situation. Even though a broken phone might not be the end of the world, it was still a difficult situation on a personal level, and I felt understood and supported.

Thanks for your very professional help in diagnosing the issue with my granddaughter's laptop power issue!

My touchscreen broke and my phone screen is shattered and I would like to know how much that would cost
