19Really appreciated the service here. The employee who helped me out was very responsive and helpful. He checked out the problem I was having with my phone and fixed it at no charge. Altogether I was probably in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. If I ever need more help or an actual repair on my phone, I'll definitely be going back.
I just want to give a shout out to this location on Anderson Lane. Very nice and friendly people, they know what they're doing. Gentleman even went out of his way to do some extra research for me just to help me. I had been struggling with 2 other locations and Asurion in the course of a month. This man helped with just a few minutes of his time and im grateful for it, I wish I could remember his name but if I ever need anything fixed on my phone this is where I'm going.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S20+ that needed a minor repair that was covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty. This phone came with a pre-installed screen protector because of the type of fingerprint sensor Samsung uses, so it requires a special screen protector. The screen protector was coming off, and this device is only a couple of months old. The manufacturer, Samsung, gave me a ticket number and told me to take the phone here for the warranty work. Samsung stated that they would replace the screen protector at no charge.
When I arrived at the store I was told that they don't do that work even though standing next to the representatives is a 5 foot banner advertising that they are an authorized Samsung repair facility. I gave the representative the ticket number provided to me by Samsung. The representative basically told me that Samsung wasn't telling me the truth about their fingerprint sensor needing a special kind of screen protector. When I received this device, and opened up the box the first thing you see is a piece of paper warning customer that because the fingerprint sensor uses sound waves to read the fingerprint a special type of screen protector is required. Plus there have been complaints online from people who purchased an aftermarket screen protector, and when they installed the protector they had issues with the sensor not recognizing their fingerprint.
After the representative called someone he told me that they would have to take the phone apart and install a new glass. There's nothing wrong with the glass on my phone, it's a brand new $1200 phone. I don't want a new phone that has been taken apart just for a screen protector.
I left and called Samsung back, and was sent to another location. Same company just a different location. I walked in and 5 minutes later had a new screen protector.
I didn't appreciate being told that Samsung was lying to me when I know they're not lying. I have had Samsung devices ever since cellphone service became available. I had researched everything about the S20+ before I purchased this device. I don't appreciate being made to feel stupid when obviously this representative didn't know what he was talking about.
Great customer service! So friendly and cared that my phone screen was cracked and needed to be fixed asap. Competing repair service techs answered their phone like I was an inconvenience and prices were ridiculous
Had my Asurion claim sent to this location, I checked to make sure everything was set to go, them having a replacement glass in stock and arrived right at opening. I even went ahead and reset my device only for them to say they could not do the repair because they changed ownership and its an internal issue with an account. Leaving me to have to last minute change locations. Terrible experience go elsewhere. This is my second time having an issue with this specific location going through asurion. They also seem to have logistic issues going on.
Had an excellent discussion with the technician that was well informed about what needed to be fixed.
Pixel XL battery and charge Port repair was done efficiently and works great. Definitely bringing other devices here. Had parts in stock! No wait for orders. Best part
Came in with a Pixel 2 with the screen lifting in the middle. They diagnosed it quickly as probably due to a swollen battery. 2 hours later, new battery and the screen was back in place. Fast and easy!
Don't bother making an online appointment, they mean nothing here. I was told that its first come first serve. What is the point of even taking appointments if you don't have any plan to honor them?
Great customer service! Part of the charger broke off inside my iPad, but the friendly staff here fixed it in about 10 seconds and did it for free. There are some free services they offer and one of them happened to be what I needed. When I need something more substantial, I will definitely be back.
Best phone repair out there. I highly recommend this company! Chris is also amazing, very customer centric. Did I mention.they are FAST!
The worst customer service I have ever seen. My phone is under warranty still he was saying that it is out of warranty and that guy does not have even idea that Samsung Galaxy S8 comes with AKG hands-free.
I cracked my phone it barely worked, they were super professional and friendly. I had my phone back 2 hours later, good as new. My insurance paid for services with 49$ deductible.
Maybe I'm being extra harsh because they are supposedly a Samsung authorized repair center, but I'm never going to UBreakIFix again. They essentially booted me out because my Galaxy phone had an aftermarket screen. Fine, it was against their policy to repair modified devices, but they could have at least looked up repair shops that would accept my phone.
I had a great experience here with these guys. All of them were friendly, courteous, and professional. Had I known I could have my Note 8 screen repaired so easily I would've done it months ago. My phone remains water-proof (or so they say, we'll eventually find out), and the new screen comes with a new battery. It's almost like I have a brand new phone! Very happy I came here.
S9+ needed a replacement fingerprint scanner. They said it'd take less than 2 hours and might need to be factory reset. It took 45 minutes maybe and no reset or restoring! Amazing and fast service. 6 stars!
Just went today to get my front and back screen fixed. Amazing staff! My phone was fixed fast, and the screen is back to being beautiful. I didn't catch the name of the employee that fixed my phone, but he did a damn good job.
Great place im sure but I can't find one place that will replace a charging port. I'm hoping they can in the future.
Pixel 2 had a cracked screen and unresponsive touchscreen. Ubreakifix replaced the screen in less than an hour and now my phone is like new!
