It was my first time going here to see if they could fix my water damaged laptop. They were friendly and accepted it no problem. He surprised us by fixing it free of charge. Great service!

I stop by because I couldn’t hear anything coming out of my speaker on my phone. They told he it was full of The debris and cleaned it for me. Now it sounds like I have a radio. Thanks Nick

Got phone"repaired" new battery. Two days later the screen stopped working.day of repair I noticed a small black spot it right top corner, they said sometimes that happens when opening a phone up. Two days later it stopped working brought it back in. They said" there is no way we had anything to do with the damage". But apparently it was damaged when it got repaired and they want me to pay to replace the screen to. Don't repair with them unless you it's a simple fix or they could damage your phone and force you to pay for the damages.

Phone looks brand new! Had great customer service, he was quick and friendly. Better than paying 1000 for a new phone, just had to get the screen fixed. Would definitely recommend this place!

I have been in the Houston Westheimer location twice for Samsung Warranty service. Both experiences were excellent and the service was perfect on both phones. Would recommend.

Walked in to get my iPhone 7 screen replaced. The cost was about $10 more than other places I found online but it was worth it for me as it was a convenient location and they would get it done in 45 min. Apple store was twice as much. They also added in a screen protector at no charge. The customer service here is fantastic. They are fast and efficient and friendly. I didn’t get the first guys name but he was pretty funny. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s also close to Target so if it takes 45-1 hour and u don’t want to wait in the store, Target can really kill time.

My phone looks new and feels great not cutting my fingers on the shattered screen anymore. I can also see clearly now. Thanks guys!

A few days ago, I came to this place to have my cell phone battery replaced because my old one was not charging good, so now my phone charges fast and it works like new. The price is very reasonable something I was able to afford, and I was provided good customer service.

Really great customer service and knowledgeable repairing IPhone SE which needed new screen because touchscreen was no longer working. Repaired in 1 hour and 30 minutes and paid fraction of the cost Apple wanted. Would recommend this location highly and will use again.

The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. My phone's screen was cracked and needed a new battery. It was fixed within 2 hours and I received a phone call when it was ready for pick up. It was a great experience all around. Would definitely recommend them.

Had my Galaxy S7 Edge screen and battery replaced yesterday excellent work, my other Galaxy S7 is waiting for a battery be on Thursday by the way the screen protector called liquid glass, according to the scientific research it's even better then regular glass protectors that lay on Top This is a liquid you can't even tell it's on the screen but it will prove to keep your screen from breaking if that happens they'll pay you three hundred bucks which will more than replace a screen! And just buy it all over again

Well I haven't even been to the shop yet and from where I found out there an authorized Samsung repair facility and will even do repairs in lieu of Samsung under warranty repair question anyway the person has smoked it was super helpful I've got to Samsung's I need repaired on batteries my S7 Edge I'll probably have to send off to get warranty repair and the repair facility in Dallas, again I like what I heard over the phone and reviews that I've read as far as I'm concerned all my Samsung's will go to them for any repairs or any problems and I haven't even been in their store yet
