UCars - Rideshare Vehicle Provider, Plano TX

The overall business just seems sketchy. Getting a hold of a person is impossible, one pretends they can't hear you on the phone. The other one doesn't pick up calls just text. Passed by their place and there we're barely any cars on the lot. Too many red flags

This is the most horrible place to try and get a car not only are their agents not even in the same state they tell you to go ahead and come in to get a car when they're apparently are no cars and when you let them know it's going to take you into a certain amount of time to get there may still feel tell you come on their agents aren't even in the same state. They are Arizona or Arkansas something I don't know but heads up their agents aren't even located here. I wasted an hour and a half of my time and 70 80 bucks out of my pocket for nothing. They lie and they mislead you so my advice i wouldn't come here.

Bait & Switch! They didn't even have the appointment time right and then raised the price once I got there!

This Company is Terrible and Unprofessional. They say you need to schedule an appointment to reserve a car. Only for your reservation and appointment mean nothing. Because the day of your schedule appointment they will inform you they no longer have a car available for you even though you have a scheduled appointment for that day. They schedule you out of a office in Arizona for there Dallas location which makes no sense. There scheduler's Antonio and Tanner are very inconsistent and unprofessional to say the least. If you are a Uber driver don't waist your time with this company. There clearly not in business to help anyone out get into a car. I scheduled a appointment a week ago for this week. All to sit around and wait for my appointment date for them to inform me there wasn't a car available for me. I was told each day I would have a car day after day. Here we are on Friday Dec 9 and they have 3 car's available. You would think I would have a car considering that I waited a week now with a schedule appointment. Just to get to Friday and still not have a car available once again. They clearly need to hire better individuals to run there business or find a new scheduling system. But warning to all Gig workers Uber driver's. Find a different company to rent from. These people are everywhere and only care about getting there paycheck not helping driver's get into a car to work. Do Not Rent from this place. Inconsistent and very unprofessional. You've been warned! Not to mention if you have a formal complaint. They act like they don't know who the manager is for you to talk to to file a complaint. This Company and it's workers who are a reflection of this company are Trash! And unprofessional and inconsistent. Go to Hertz or Avis or somewhere else.

Hands downs there is no one better then this company they get right to business no wait time I love them.

The car was gross the entire interior was stained.they shut my car off after they said there was a bank error then took 3 days to come get the car and charged my account for the days that the car was here.if you need a good car check out rideshare carz in garland.tell them I referred you and we'll each get a free day. I'm driving a 2023 kia Forte.amazing car great people.ucars is disgusting

This experience was fast and easy!
From the time I booked my appointment, the staff was friendly and thorough. Got me in and out, in a brand new Malibu.

This company is not reliable! I booked a car last week for arrival tomorrow. Which was just confirmed last night by the rep. I buy a same day flight because I've been staying out of town until I could get in a rental to start ride sharing. So 657 dollers wasted. Couldn't cancel my flight. I had been texting the rep since last week. He messaged me several times last minute saying he had a vehicle could I come I said I can't unfortunately but Tuesday I'll be there for sure. He said he would have something for me what time was I coming.thisnmaks Mendon upset in so many ways. Not only didninwaste a flight and money I'm wasting my time that could be spent making money. Now I'm stuck in Dallas until a rental company gets vehicles. This company obviously don't manage there cars very well and don't care about there customers that' has an appointment foa week a head of time

Easy to rent, great customer service, car completely covered, I asked a former client about this, she said she got into an accident, they put her into another car right away! I strongly recommend this company getting a bunch of cars, because I think, once a lot of people figures this out, everyone will rent from them and I think they should be in other states as well. I can not even explain how simple and amazing Ucars made my transaction today. My cars AC went out and driving for uber is a huge no go with this Texas heat. I was able to get inside a great car with AC, AUX and amazing gas mileage. Not only was the receptionist amazing but Mike answered all my questions over the phone. Thanks to them I am back on the road making money! Thank you!

This company has been the best rentals service with an up front price. They have great eco friendly hybrid vehicle with an experienced front desk that got me in and out the door in a buzz.

Horrible customer service! I completed the online form so someone could reach out to me for more information and get me setup with a car. Someone reached out saying that they are referring me to a representative to call me but they never called. I stopped by the Plano location to get information but the representative didn’t really give me any information she just took my name and number and said someone would call me. No one has called me! So frustrating! I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I have been doing business with UCars for a couple of years now and I absolutely love them! Their vehicles are clean and in good condition. If there are any maintenance issues, they will fix it rather fast. They don't have any mileage limits as well so it makes it more convenient and easier when driving for any rideshare platform. I highly recommend UCars to any driver looking for a vehicle to use for rideshare. Shanae and the rest of the staff are very professional and friendly as well. You cannot go wrong with them!

Cannot recommend this place. I needed help with a car that I got from them that had a dead battery. I called several times and was told there were not any tow trucks available then she hung up on me the last time I called. After I walked down the street to the gas station, I saw her husband sitting in a Prius on his phone wasting time instead of helping me out with the car. I guess it would have been the same since he doesn't know how to fix anything anyway.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Slow staff and don’t get back to you whatsoever. Was told I would receive a car and had ended up waiting over 2 weeks with no response. Would get sent to voicemail anytime I called and no urgency or need for their clients. Not reliable whatsoever and horrid service
