I thought it was great. Until I needed a repair. During the purchase process they had promised over and over that the shed is warrantied and blah blah blah

I wrote in because after just a few months water is coming in through the door threshold, they asked for a photo of the door then texted me that my warranty claim had been denied because I put stairs up. The stairs were installed BELOW the level of the subfloor and had absolutely no impact to the threshold.

The guy on the phone, Zach was incredibly unhelpful, just repeating that he would work up a quote for the cost. He was completely unwilling to even send someone out to actualyl inspect the issue, instead saying he would send someone if I paid a fee. To inspect the building their builders built wrong.

Do not under any circumstances use Ulrich. You will pay MORE for an inferior product with no backing.

Ulrich provided our custom Garden Shed, made to fit an existing concrete slab. It came out just how we hoped! The customer rep Jayden was very helpful in the design phase, and the onsite builders were very careful and efficient. Photos posted.

They built me a great shed, let me start with that. It's great quality, looks good, and reasonably priced.

However.

The initial sales call was excellent (Sorry, don't remember the salesalesmans name).
He helped me design exactly what I wanted.

Time from design to install (built on site in my case) was excellent.

But thats where it went off the rails.

The person who scheduled the install (I think his name was Zach) started off great, but flat ghosted me the day of install.
He had great energy and seemed like he really wanted to help.
Told me install would be started between 9am - 11am and to call him if the installer hadn't called me by 8: 30. (I have the voice-mail saved where he states the start time.)

9am comes and goes and no call from the installer so I call Zach. Suddenly he wont talk to me or return my call.
10am I call again. Again Zach won't talk to me. The rep is did talk to was VERY rude and told me I was lying and that they only promise a day, not a time.
Again, I have a voice-mail saved where I am told otherwise.

Installer shows up at 1: 30.
To be fair, the installer did a great job, just wish their customer service had been more honest from the start.

Would I ever order from them in the future?
Yes.
Just be aware that they may not show up when they say they will.

I purchased an ulrich building 3 years ago and very happy with the quality. Went to purchase another one 3 weeks ago and the price has doubled. However needed the building and placed a down payment. Slept on it and cancelled within 12 hours. Reached out to Dillon the sales boy and then had to go up the chain to a “manager” Tyler who never answered a text or picked up the phone about refunding the down payment. Finally disputed through the credit card. Find a different Ulrich dealership. Go down the road to Burleson. Night and day.

I don't have a huge backyard and needed something a little smaller that your typical 8'x10' layout. Ulrich had all the sizes and styles I was after at very competitive pricing. I went into the location and they walked me through the design process. All very simple and transparent. Once i picked what i liked, they built it on site within 2 weeks, which was much earlier than the original deadline. The building itself was very quick and efficient. I was very pleased with their work and overall result of entire purchase. Would definitely use them again for other similar needs.

Ulrich shed was among one of several shed companies we researched and visited. Out of all the companies Ulrich was the company we chose. We felt that Ulrich's sheds had the best quality, gave multiple design options, and had the style that we liked the best. Once we began the purchasing process we had Angie as our sales representative and she was amazing. She was very patient, walked us through all the options, and even referred us to a physical location so that we could go in person to see the different styles and options before finalizing our purchase. After that, we were assigned to Tyler to finalize the building process. We encountered some issues and the company worked quickly to resolve them. The owner contacted us directly to ensure we were going to be satisfied with our purchase. Ulrich assisted us with the permit process and once the permit was approved we were on the schedule to get the shed built onsite. Our shed builder was Bob. Bob worked smoothly and efficiently. He took the time to ensure that every detail and feature was exact and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. Ulrich shed is definitely a company we would recommend and we are very pleased with our final product.

Love this shed. Super professional and took the needs of my small space into account. Did the job in one day. They normally build it and bring it in but since we had a small area they brought it all in pieces and built in place, painted, finished it and we really appreciated that. As real estate agents we needed a place to hang signed it’s perfect
