Ulta Beauty, Houston TX

Before I placed my online curb side order I called this particular location to confirm till what time curb side orders could be picked up, the employee that answered advised me that the store closed at 8pm so curb side orders could be picked up anytime before the store closed. With this being confirmed I placed my curb side order, called the store about 30-40 minutes after placing it to see if they could provide me with a status for when the order would be ready for curb side pick up. The employee that answered this time told me that curb side order pick up stopped at 7pm to which I advised her of what her co worker advised me prior to me placing my order. She then asked me to hold to ask her manager if I could pick up the order curb side since their employee gave me the incorrect information to begin with. She comes back to the line, after having me hold for more than 5 minutes, to tell me that they could not honor what their employee told a customer who has spent a lot of money at Ulta. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service, on training their employees and making the customer feel appreciated!

I purchased a 100 dollar brush blow dryer from this location for my mother for Mother’s Day. I drove 5 hours to deliver this gift and to her disappointment the item was broken! Either the store is not inspecting their return items (which makes me very uncomfortable as this is a hair tool) or they are receiving faulty products. Now my mother has to go through the inconvenience of returning it herself due to me living out of town.

I came to ulta (town and country) to buy beauty products for my bf and ran into KIMARA and as a pro she is, she convince me to get my hair done by her bc she wanted me to look good for my bf, and to be a win win for my bf and I.
While my hair was drying, she went and got the products i came for, like really? Who else will do the shopping While ur getting ur hair done? She took me by surprise and im thankful for her kindness and for the BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY hair i didnt really know i had but now i do.
100% coming back!

Had such a wonderful experience with Kimara! She helped me learn how to manage my long curly hair and helped me with what I would need to do at home. I will absolutely be back every time I need a cut or a deep condition. So grateful!

She also gave me several tips and tricks on products to use and how to use them correctly. It was so nice talking with her, she’s so easy-going and is phenomenal at what she does!

Came in today for a haircut with Kimara! She did fabulous. My hair was so dry and it was time for a cut. My hair feels so good again! Thank you ️

I came in to purchase new hair products to help with dryness and damage from bleaching my own hair. Kimara approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything, I told her what I was searching for and now I’m in her salon chair getting top notch treatment. She is very kind and genuine, I am very happy with my visit today.

If you come across a sweet soul named Kimara, you’ve come across an earth angel. She cut my hair and it came out beautifully. I’m not kidding when I say, it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve received in a very long time. She’s genuine and it’s clear she loves what she does- it shows! If you get your haircut here, ask for her. Came in to get a silk press for the first time by kimara, I must say she was very knowledgeable to the products that she used on my hair! My silk press came beautifully and silky!

Horrible customer service! I had made a curbside order. When I called and told the later that i was outside for my curbside order.she told me that due to the rain she could not take the order to me. That I had to go inside and pick it up. I dont get it then what is the curbside? I do a lot of curbside orders and i have never heard someone say i can't because its raining.

Had a good experience. Products on sale were in stock and no less than 5 people asked me if I needed help.

Awesome. I was so lost when I went in but I was greeted by one of there associates who put me on the right path. I found the Becca products that fit me. I even purchased the suggested products she suggested

This is a really good Ulta. The phone number for this location does not work, and there is also not an option to book an eyebrow appointment for this location as well. Who can I call or where can I go to book an appointment?

Awful Costumer service. Did not acknowledge me as I walked in. Got the nastiest stares all around and also was followed by workers the entire time I was there. I will never come back to this ulta again.

This beauty store is always full of nice products, lots of amazing deals and the hair care section has good variety of professional haircare

I love Ulta, however this store employees the rudest people. Today was the 3rd time I have shopped here, and it will be my last. Every time I have been treated rudely. Very disappointed in the staff.

Never again. Heidi has cut my hair twice before and it was great. Today I showed her a photo of what I wanted, she showed me how short she would cut, then kept cutting shorter and shorter. She said it was "better than the photo". No. She messed up and had to keep cutting shorter to cover it. But she didn't admit that. A hair dresser should never tell a client that they know better that what the client wants. She ruined my hair. Embarresed to go into work tomorrow.

Everyone was so friendly. Willing to help. I will definitely be back to get more of my necessities. Great variety.

Showed up Saturday May 6th at 4pm. Store says it's closed and will reopen eventually. Skip this location, waste of a drive.
