The Cashier Valarie on 7/1/2021 was just rude and dont seem to care at all. They made mistakes and did not care to apologize. Made everything just super awkward. Along with the assistant manager. Would be nice if you are more attentive and kind to your customers. Never coming back to this location.

Went for the first time to get a Estée Lauder foundation and all the ladies helped me find the right shade for my skin tone. Lovely customer service! Highly recommend (:

The employees at this location don't seem to care anymore. They let go a lot of people that would help you. I wouldn't recommend this location and many others. Go to Sephora they are extremely helpful

Gotten my hair serviced here a few times. They worked VERY hard to get the blue out of my hair and they are good about not trimming too much

The aisles are wide, good product selection, knowledgeable staff and convenient parking. I highly recommend.

I went to the salon at Ulta and Krystal gave me a balayage. She gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so beautiful and healthy! I would recommend you go see Krystal. She has such a vibrant personality and made me feel so comfortable.

Been coming here for years to have Leah do my hair. I could never go anywhere else. Also has the best beauty products.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Cashier was a little rude. I went in to return a foundation I had got on sale cause it made me really oily and as soon as I told her I needed to return she treated me like scum.literally.so me being the person I am gave her attitude right back.get it together.

Didnt have a full stock of foundations w all skin tones. Store felt a little smaller than some of the other locations & inventory not all in the same place as other locations. Nice staff, didnt hover too much but was friendly & offered their help.

I went in looking for the Mac makeup line that is displayed online. Though I did not see any Mac so I assumed that it's only available online. Was able to find other items with good sale prices.

Participated in cut for a cause a breast cancer event. I got a 10 min facial and pink hair extension. Awesome job Ulta!

The staff is not so friendly. And at the checkout they ask me my ID as I m a thief. I will not recommed anyone!

Need more people that can help you with products instead of a bag. Also keep more of the free gifts in stock.

It was hard to find someone to help me. Also long line to checkout with plenty of workers standing in the front. They did finally get two workers to help check out customers.

They aren’t helpful here. I’ve gone in there twice and not one employee asked if they could help me with anything. And most of they’re employees were standing around talking to each other.

Clean, well organized layout with a staff that is friendly and knowledgeable, pricey but high quality merchandise.

My favorite store to shop for makeup.even high end brands can be bought at lower prices if you use their coupons and reward system wisely.they even come up with annual high end brand specials.
