Ulta is all things beauty. Makeup, haircare and more. I am giving this store 5 stars as I inquired about using my points and they were applied to my purchase. My home store has never offered nor mentioned my points. Thank you!

Some of the sweetest girls I’ve ever met. I shop here pretty frequently and I always see these girls trying there best even when some of these other customers are not so friendly and frankly seem overly entitled when these ladies are just trying to help. I’ve always had great experiences here. Keep your heads up ladies you’re doing an amazing job

Got all the way to the back of the store and the employee chased me down to bring me a mask to put on when the one she had on was barely over her mouth. I'm confused. ‍️

First visit into the store. I'm very happy and comfortable with services. Found what I needed. Customer service was very helpful I'm very genuine nice. Was unable to find the Knicks marshmallow primer full size. But other then that we will return.

We were visiting from out of town, and needed to pick up a few things. Everyone was so friendly, and helpful! Service was personal & quick, which was appreciated because we were in a hurry. These folks are doing a great job!

I have used the same mascara and Rusk hairspray. Not only was EVERYTHING MOVED BUT THEY QUIT CARRYING BOTH.

Today after trying to select a brow pencil the sales associate was so rude and abruptly took the box out of my hand letting me know that they would have to damage out the box I was holding because I opened it to check the color. There was no sign in front of the station I was at. Actually, I haven’t been to ultra since March of last year. So I wasn’t familiar with some of the new Covid restrictions.

I won’t be shopping at the Amarillo Ultra again.
Let’s ALL be kind to each other while we navigate shopping again please.

Mandatory masks? No thanks. I prefer Dillards or Sephora anyway. I just happened to be doing some mask-free shopping in this area and thought I’d give Ulta a try. Never again.

I haven't been into an Ulta in ages. I stopped in today for perfume and was surprised by the amazing customer service from Jennifer. She was so helpful and kind- It absolutely made my day. She made sure I left with all of my go-to products I have used for years and showed me new brands I have never considered before.
I can't wait to try all of her favorites she introduced me to. Thank you brightening up my afternoon!

I didnt find what I was needing. I can order it & it will be shipped to my house. Awesome, The sales clerk that helped me was very helpful & knowledgeable. Will go back.

The customer service at this store has hit an all time low. I was reprimanded by a door greeter when I lost a diamond earring in the store. I will not be back after the way I was treated!

By far the best Ulta I have ever been to. Thank you for having “mature” employees to help customers. Not all people who wear make up are in their 20’s. I spent an hour at another store trying to be color matched, unsuccessfully. Your employee matched me quickly. I was apprehensive since in store testing wasn’t allowed (understandably). She assured me I could exchange if necessary. When I tried the foundation at home it was a perfect match. More Ulta’s should hire employees that understand mature skin and make up.

Love this ulta store! Please be patient as the company itself is dealing with covid restricted guidelines.every guest must wear a mask, it is the company policy.every store in every city has different rules and capacities.i know the ulta amarillo store can only run 3 registers at once.if the line is long, yall can do curbside pickup! Also i know they rarely have stock.that is not their fault.they don’t have control of ordering products from their warehouse in dallas.please do not berate them for not having items in stock.sweetest bunch of ladies around! Sales are the best online most of the time, which is why curbside is perfect.they get the orders done fast! Hang in their gals!

If I could give less then one star I would. Today after purchasing some rather pricey shampoo and conditioner, one of the store employees approached my wife and was extremely rude to her. If she was able to purchase what she needed anywhere else we would have returned our purchase. We will not be shopping with the Amarillo store any longer and will order what we need online.

Haven't been able to get a haircut in over 4 months, so I booked one online and then a few hours before the appointment was scheduled I get a notification that it was cancelled. No rescheduling? Seems a little unprofessional
