My wife have an appointment for 9: 45 am and guess what, the store opens at 10am. HELLO. GIVE ME A BREAK. My wife even got a reminder the day before about her appointment at 9: 45am. Again, HELLO!

Average visits here. No customer service. I’ve shopped many times for my girl and no one approaches for help. And when they do, they are not knowledgeable enough. Oh well, it’s only store like this in town.

First time being inside Ulta and I never knew it would be so fun, thank you for the two lady’s
(Maria & Debbra) who made the experience exciting, both lady’s was very patient with me and nice I would definitely recommend visiting them for a great experience:)

They’re always out of stock in their items. For my last two purchases I got screwed with the coupons. One for $15 off $50 and the other $5 off $20. I purchased items to meet the amounts required for the coupons and then they let me know on the first one three of six items were out of stock and one the second purchase two of the four items are out of stock. Both our read availability in store so I reassured myself before I purchased. Either update the online inventory or RESTOCK. It’s very frustrating, this is not the first time it’s constant and I purchase at least once a month that it’s gotten to the point to post publicly. The customer service from a female, older woman with blonde hair has very bad customer service and left me standing there in the front while she walked away to ask about the items and never returned for at least ten minutes so someone else finished the transaction. I think it’s just Laredo, I have yet to have these issue’s elsewhere. Not going to this store in person anymore; I guess purchasing online and shipping will be the best way to not have to deal with these issues.

So it happened AGAIN! I gave it the benefit of the doubt! Purchased on 082123 and again, online says it’s available for pickup and I get the email “part of your order is ready, other items out of stock” and again I lose out on the coupon. Called the manager Maria who was kind and ends up finding my items out of stock in the store! So I guess Maria need to speak to her staff, No more, I’m officially getting my items shipped. Very sad!

Am a male who went in to look for some things the wife needed but couldnt get so of ourse j knew nothin of what or where to look but Liz was great help and was so nice and patient will be returning only cause of the her

Cashier Yessenia really needs help with customer service! She seems to be to gossipy… its not hard to greet the customers and stay profesional! No need to make comments or ask unnecessary things! You might think your being funny but instead you look cheap and unprofessional!

I had an issue with an employee not knowing the return policy and making up lies about the policy on the paper receipt and was an expert at making up "new" store policies. Would not look up my purchase on my rewards account as I asked her to do. She claimed that purchases over 30 days don't stay on the system, I told her I had seen it on my rewards account. My purchase was not 60 days old. I purchased it April 15. I went online to chat with a customer service rep and confirmed my item was still within the allowable return timeframe.
I went the next day with another cashier who found my purchase on my account without issues and immediately did the exchange.
The store does seem unattended and disorganized. I try to make a trip to San Antonio three times a year to purchase my makeup at the stores there because our local store never has merchandise. The shelve are empty and very disorganized.
Hopefully someone can assist this store to be up to level as the ones elsewhere. Our local community deserves a nice store and service.

I made a purchase because the advertising said that they would give me a gift in the purchase of 20 dollars or more I made the purchase and when I got to pay I asked about the gift and the person told me that it was the third time they bought online and In the store and the samples that I ask for are never given to me. And on the other hand, I give the points to another person. Very bad service. I left very upset because the person told me to confirm.

The manager at this location is top tier. I had an issue with an employee not knowing their policy so I called asking for the manager. She could not have been more kind or more helpful. She jumped right in to correct the issue and was so incredibly pleasant while doing so. This kind of customer service has become really rare so I wanted to make sure to highlight it. She's doing an incredible job.

Consistently bad service, low stock, and messy store. This is only a two star because of the one nice and very helpful lady there. Other than that this store is poorly managed. The thing that pushed me to write this was a racist and discriminatory employee. Better to shop online where you get to serve yourself.
