Such cold and unhelpful employees walking the store. Lots of noise coming from the back room and foot traffic which made shopping inconvenient.
Checking out took forever because of the cashier (s) incompetence. When it came to my turn my cashier was gossiping with the cashier next to them. So much drama just trying to check out with 2 items and a credit card. Didn’t make eye contact nor greet me. Whispered the whole time to their neighbor. Handed me my sack without a word after needing help with the register. Ulta needs to worry less about hiring diverse or unusual looking people and concentrate on employing people who can be hospitable, polite and diligent.

The manager Terrell is awesome. Had a great experience working with him and my fiancée to get her makeup exactly like she wanted.

One of the better metroplex locations where parking isn't a chore. Great selection of men's cologne with friendly staff. Wife loved the selection of press on nails, with variety not found in West Plano or Frisco locations.

Bad service we went for a perfume the woman told me the price and when I wanted to pay they told me that it costs more. It had already happened to me before in the full branch, and I still tell the woman I want to see the perfume I can't leave kl9 grips I mean.very bad I prefer mecys.oh if they respect the prices.bad service.

After being there for 3+ hours, I left upset and in disbelief. After requesting more highlights, I walked out with hair significantly darker than I asked for and she knew. I asked for lighter and it came back with dark, DARK hair. She even completely darkened the pretty highlights I already had. Everywhere I asked for highlights is now dark. My only guess is that she was covering up a highlight mistake with dark toner/color by coloring over it all. I have never had a stylist do something so far from what I asked. I'm extremely disappointed in the outcome.

She was kind enough to offer to redo it/fix it, but at that point there was no time or trust in her abilities for me. Very nice woman, just not what I came for or expected from a "master stylist".

This is the worst managed store ever. The managers do not care about or respect their employees to the point to where they treat the employees like slaves. Expecting their employees to come in on days that they aren’t available for because they either have a second job or some sort of emergency and giving them a point when they don’t come in. It’s ridiculous how they treat their employees. On top of that, nothing is organized or put away. I could go on and on about every little thing but I won’t. I’m just going to call out the 2 managers for their horrible managing skills. It doesn’t take a lot to mange and treat your employees with respect.

Mindee took excellent care of me when I came in for a signature cut. I rarely get my hair professionally cut, so it was such a pleasure to be with a stylist as experienced as Mindee, who was also so lovely to talk with! Not only did I leave with a haircut I absolutely love, I also went and purchased the shampoo she used on me, which has helped my scalp so much! I think I may even skip the at-home trims when it starts to grow out, and just go straight to Mindee instead.

I got a haircut from this Ulta store. The stylist was Lillianna, and she did such a terrible job. She straight up chopped half my hair off when I just asked for 2 inches off. There was absolutely no shape to the haircut, and she just cut the hair like she would do with a bunch of greens. In the end, it literally looked like a broom. I never write bad reviews, but this was a horrible experience, and I was so disappointed and close to tears. She also charged me 80 bucks for this. I could've done a better job myself at home with some kitchen scissors. If you get a haircut here, please do not go with her.

She also did my daughter's hair as she wanted to get face framing. Instead of lightly cutting the front pieces, she scraped and dragged the scissors down the hair, pulling it at the root. We have gotten my daughter face framing before at different salons, and they have never done it this way. My daughter said it hurt when she was cutting the face framing. We usually don't go to Ulta to get haircuts, but we were about to go on summer vacation, and our regular salon was busy. Just a warning out there as we don't want others to go through this.

I never had a problem shopping here and checking out in store with my mom, which was my experience a few years ago. Even got my hair cut here a few times, which props to the stylists because they’re awesome, and the lady doing my hair was so nice and we had a good conversation. Made me feel welcome. Well I don’t know who they hired now but a few weeks ago I came to do an order pickup, and the girl who was helping me seemed really annoyed. She took me over to the pickup area and asked for my info straight up, no hi or hello which I didn’t mind but with the type of attitude she had…. Erm. I gave her my info, then she asked for an ID, but I did not have one so instead, I show her my passport (which clearly stated on Ulta website it is allowed) which took a few minutes. But the annoyance and impatience she gave me was so rude. The whole time I was trying to pull up the passport she kept looking around with an irritated look on her face and I could tell she was super impatient. I felt embarrassed, and didn’t say anything because I understand workers have a lot of things to tend to, but the store wasn’t super busy and there were plenty of staffing helping others out. Anyway, she gave me my items after I showed her and just walked away without anything said. Dang ok. Needless to say, that was my first pickup experience and I probably will not be picking up orders from here again…

Mindee is the best hair stylist ever! It was my first time getting my hair cut by her, and I am so so happy with the results! Mindee knows her stuff! She’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, listens, experienced, has great technique, welcoming attitude, treated me special, and tidy! She went over and beyond my expectations! Thank you Mindee! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I made an appointment to get my makeup done with Lillianna for my baby shower and I want to say I’m so happy with her work! My makeup looks absolutely stunning! I feel so beautiful! Not only is her work amazing but her personality as well! Such a sweetheart! Thank you for making my day so much better!

Mindee Smith is a great beautician! She listens to you, and will offer suggestions if you ask. She has done so well with my hair - and that is very difficult to do. I don't have "good" hair. She gets the color perfect! If you are looking for someone to do a great job with your hair call Mindee at Ulta.

Professional and courteous staff. I ordered the wrong perfume for my wife online but was able to exchange it.

I’ve been going there for awhile now and I have been getting my hair styled by mindee, she’s absolutely the best, she’s very friendly, she Abha’s a smile on her face. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to products and giving input on ideas for my hair. Her area is always in order and tidy. I’m was so blessed to have found her and won’t go with anyone else.

Ulta was good initially but these days they don’t provide the same service people are rude
