Ask for help was looking for some skin tent asked her if she could color match me. She told me there’s samples that I can go do it myself. The whole time I was talking to her she kept talking on her headset talking over me never coming to this location again I’ll stick to the one in Baybrook. They’re very nice there. Sadly, I want to see she was a manager that kinda really hurt my feelings.

Horrible line. This makes the 3rd time we have been in the store, shopped, and abandoned our items because they don't have enough cashiers and the line is 30 people deep.

The lady working the checkout needs an attitude adjustment. I walked in to make a return and she seemed all smiley and happy with the lady in front of me in line, but as soon as i saw her, she looked so disgusted with me. I had my ulta bag to return some makeup i bought that i just didn’t love. She kept sighing and giving me an ugly stare like it was an inconvenience to her. I get having bad days, but when costumer service is the entirety of your job that kind of behavior is just unacceptable.it’s experiences like this that really make me want to shop anywhere else for makeup.

I went in for a Blowout and left disappointed. Their website describes a Blowout as "A blowout isn't an average blow dry. This is next level styling that lasts for days. Achieve the look you want with a cleanse, condition, scalp massage, and blow dry with custom brush work. (Approx. 45 min) "
What I got was a basic dry that I could have done myself at home. My appointment lasted less than 25 minutes. The stylist was nice but I don't think she's well versed in custom brush work. It was a waste of $42.

Abigail S. Pierced my kids ears this Saturday. From the moment she saw us come up to the salon, through the entire service she was so kind, sweet and gentle. She was encouraging, bubbly and just seemed like a genuinely nice person. She made the experience smooth and fun. She helped us decided perfect placement when we told her our concerns and gave us recommendations on earring size according to my kids needs. She was great! So nice to have a spot besides the mall or tattoo parlor.

Had a haircut today. I'll never come back. The sytilst was such a sweet person. So were all the other employees. But man. This was awful. I am so disappointed. Now my hair has to grow for a few weeks, at least, before I can attempt to fix it.

Original stylist was so sweet. Had a 6ish minute consultation, and we were on the same page. But the end result was extremely chopped, jagged, and uneven. She knew this, but finished to try and style it to make it look better (even though I can't style it every day). I get it. I thought maybe it'd look ok. It did not. I went to the front to speak with the staff/management.

The master stylist offered to feather it and try to make it better. But man. My hair is jacked up.

If someone is fresh on the salon floor, have a manager or stylist nearby. Or check in. Something.

The ladies there this morning were very helpful. Made me feel very comfortable being in a primarily female store. Got a shave kit sent straight to my house from the online store

This store is a higher end Ulta store that carries the nicer product lines such as Chanel. Great atmosphere and highly competent, friendly sales associates.

One word- RUDE! This is the WORST Ulta I have ever been in. When I walked in the door, no greeting. I was looking for a product, but nobody asked if I needed help. A young black woman with long hair walked by me and never said one word to me. I never saw any other employees until I was ready to check out. I will not be back here

I booked an appointment for my daughters prom make up it was the worst. I paid $70 for her to come and wipe it off. She did a better job herself at home. It said formal make up so I thought they would do more she literally applied basic makeup the eyeliner was uneven one was big the other was small like shown in picture, she did not apply foundation under eye shadow so you can’t see the glitter eyeshadow. The employee seemed like she did not want to be there the girl next to us was talking with her client. I tried talking to her several times she did not reply I don’t know if she heard me. Anyways it was horrible it was a special moment for us because of it being prom and it was a disappointment, I would recommend looking for someone that actually has pictures of their make up work so u know what your paying for.

They have a lot of beauty products.we were looking for acrylic liquid, but they didn't have any. They had a ton of options for colors, gel and dip nails. So if you're looking for gel and dip they're your store!

Soledad helped me so much! Legit my Ulta fairy godmother. I went in needing all the help, and she helped me match a hard undertone, and found me matching foundation/concealer, setting spray, an AMAZING primer, and more. SO HELPFUL.
