Went to this Ulta to get a new foundation and needed some assistance. It’s seems like the girls just want to pick and choose who they want to help. Not once did someone came up and ask me if I needed help even though I kept hearing them asking other people.

Rude, sarcastic, raciest workers behind the counter. Especially the little short one who calls herself a lead cashier. I cancelled my perfume order and purchased it from Dillards. Much better experience. Here’s a tip, if you guys don’t like your job, find you something else to do. I’m not the only reviewer whose commented on rude employees here at this location. The manager should look into it instead of only apologizing for a bad experience. Ulta is usually where I get my frangrances. I’ll never spend another dime here

I traveled from Madrid and was very excited to shop at Ulta, my experience was terrible. I was served by a Mexican girl who was in charge and is there regularly. I asked him about tax free and since I didn't know how to do it, he treated me in a bad way and was very unpleasant. He invited me to return my $300 purchase since he preferred to lose the purchase than explain to me that he did not know how to do the procedure. Obviously I didn't buy anything from him and I went to another Ulta where the service was correct.

I was in town for a wedding and had gotten my hair done, sadly elsewhere, before the wedding. Before my flight home I happened into the Denton Crossing Ulta to return part of a purchase and asked the salon if they had any openings to fix the color that has been done. They had one same day appointment available at 2. I took it and went out to get lunch. I got back to the salon early and let them know I was there, hoping to be seen early as I had to catch a flight later and was hoping to get to DFW early. They advised me that the stylist scheduled to do my color was stuck in gridlock traffic from Dallas was going to be 40 minutes late and offered to try another salon. They called the Ulta in Lewisville and Brytnie had a 2: 15 available. I said yes, thank you, and drove as quickly as I safely could. I arrived at 2: 20 and after a brief consult, she set to work. Brytnie worked magic! As she said as she turned me to fully face the mirror, "I'm back"! She even got me out 10 minutes before my requested time of 3: 30! I would give Brytnie all the stars in the sky! I HIGHLY recommend her! And to the staff at Denton Crossing, thank you, thank you!

For the last I gave this location a chance Don't know how many times I've been told. Could not take care of because we are short handed. I will even stop driving to Southlake location. I'll just go to Kohls.

I can’t say enough about the quality of work by Brian Aranda, hairstylist and colorist at Ulta in Lewisville, TX. He is a master at color and styling hair. I could not imagine trusting my hair to anyone else. I haven’t ever walked out of the salon that my hair doesn’t look absolutely stunning & I always receive so many compliments. So happy I found Brian at Ulta! In addition to the expert styling and color work, the atmosphere and ambience is relaxing, modern and sophisticated. I also have to say if you’re looking for a top notch shampoo or hair repair treatment, he offers excellent service there too. All around, you’ll be hard to find a better stylist than Brian! I only go to this location because Brian works here! I only have an Ulta credit card because Brian works here! I love when I am able to go in on the weekends and he always makes what I want possible! I love when it’s time to book with him. The store is clean, everyone is friendly but I definitely would be going to the Ulta closer to my house for any retail needs if it wasn’t for Brian working at this location.

Rude and completely hateful. I stood in line and watched one worker be completely rude to an older lady. The lady put up with it and even told the girl to have a good day but she wouldn't respond to the customer. The next cashier was hateful to the woman trying to do a simple exchange. Very unprofessional just completely nasty and rude to the public. You can tell they hate their life or wouldn't treat people so nasty.

I had a great experience at the salon! I came in on a Sunday since my work hours are crazy during the week and there was only one stylist there and his name was Brian. He was fully booked, but thankfully, told me he can work me in. I was so thankful. He was so nice and made me comfortable the entire time as I was experiencing my first hair dye! I was so unsure but he made certain it will look great on me. I will definitely be coming back!

Ok Bethanee is the bomb! It is amazing how she will adjust to what you need. Super gentle because I’m a whiner. And she does an amazing job! I have been going to her for almost a year now. Thank you!

I was at the Vista Ridge store in Lewisville, Texas yesterday. There was a lady with Stlla, sorry I dont remember her name. I just wanted her to know how much I appreciated her. I've been taking care of a sick husband for 2 years and haven't felt very attractive. She helped me make my selections and showed me product and I got a free gift. For the first time in a while I feel pretty. Thank you!

I'm truly appalled by the way I was treated after visiting this location yesterday. I've been to this location on numerous occasions and today my daughter and I went to purchase makeup after our manicures. I was dressed down in leggings and my daughter in sweatpants. We immediately felt like we're being watched as if we going to steal something. It's funny that in such a big store multiple employees decided to hover over us. I bent over to pick up a Mac product and I felt like someone was staring at me. So I look over and one of your employees is staring at me. When I her look back at her she walked away. After picking up several items I proceeded to the checkout line. There were several people in line and only one cashier so after waiting 5-10 minutes another cashier finally comes over. I let my daughter use her phone number so that she could get the points and I proceeded to pay with my bank card. After entering my pin the transaction said approved on the display and I removed my card. Instead of saying anything the cashier just looks down and start flipping through an Ulta book as if she's looks for something. I'm just standing there waiting for my receipt then finally after a minute or so of being ignored she says she's waiting on her register because it's moving slow. She even looks over the counter at the card reader display and sees where then transaction was approved but claims her computer in just spinning and not working. She even goes to help another customer while we're just standing there and proceeds to help her. After several minutes the display that shows approved on the card reader goes back to the Ulta display and the cashier comes back over and claims that the transaction didn't go through so she says I need to insert my card again. The items were roughly 121.00 and she's asking me to pay again claiming the system is "glitching" and it didn't go through. So I dig in my purse to locate my bank card but I was taking too longshe says the system timed out and I could see that she she canceled the second transaction which you would think she would've done the first time if your system was "glitching". After locating my card I proceed to pay a 2nd time and immediately it says approved again. This time I guess she was paying attention and asked how I would like my receipt which I just had emailed to me. After arriving home I checked my bank account and of course I was charged twice. I immediately called the store and explained the situation and whoever I spoke with acted as if I was lying and claimed that the 2nd charge was a pending charge that would fall off within 24 hours. Of course I highly doubted it since I swiped my card twice. This morning I wake up to both charges being deducted from my account! And get this the lady tells me that I need to dispute it with my bank even though she made the mistake. She could easily reverse it but then they would lose money and merchandise. How? Like wow, I can easily show you where I was charged twice and I'm sure they could check as well. I will definitely never use Ulta again and will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Sephora where I've always been treated with respect. No accountability, no apology. Nothing. Now I have to spend my day trying to get my money refunded back to me because of your incompetent employee.

I love this Ulta location all the associates are so friendly. I was greated by three associates when I entered the store. I purchased cologne for my husband and perfume for myself. The associate who helped me was so friendly and nice. I will definitely continue to come to this Ulta. Wonderful experience.

Several people asked how they could help me and were really friendly. I was in the hair color aisle for no less than 10 minutes trying to decide what color I wanted. No one hovered over me, but they did make sure I knew they were there to help if I needed.

They always have lots of inventory to chose from which usually causes me to buy way too much. Lol
I can not forget to mention how friendly and helpful the staff is every time we go in. If your looking for make-up, fragrances, hair care or nail care products this is the place to go. Oh and if you need help learning how to use a new product they gladly help you with that too. Absolutely recommend this store.
