Ulta Beauty, Grand Prairie TX

I have been going to this store for a while and it has always been well organized but I've noticed since December that ome of the makeup sections has been very scarse and disorganized. I haven't given up but will give it a break.

I love the variety at Ulta so I've started driving a little further to the Arlington Highlands store.

Went in for a primer & a young lady named Danny helped me she was so sweet an helpful! In the mist of being busy she was still knowledgeable and took her time to make sure I found what I went in for! THANK YOU GIRL

Couldn't find Cover Girl even after asking for help. Maybe they don't carry that brand?

Great Customer Service and the store was full, but they had it covered with enough cashiers.

I came to this Ulta to pick up The Ordinary Salicylic mask because I ran out. As I was looking for it at The Ordinary shelf, this white lady approached me and told me that The Ordinary is cheap because it is mostly water. She recommended a product that she claims will solve all my skin problems. She also claims to be a skin specialist and she has used that product for years and it shows on her face because she just turned 50. She was very pushy and wanting to evaluate my facial skin. Also, to claim that one product can solve all my skin problems is deceptive. I doubt she will give me a money back guarantee, and just in case, my super sensitive skin reacts adversely with the product she is trying to sell, I doubt she’ll pay for my dermatology visits to fix it as well.

I wanted to tell her that I am 55, and honestly she looked over 60 to me, but I don’t want to be rude. I really wanted to just get in and out of Ulta because I had errands to run.

On top of my frustration, their system is down and only accepting cash at the moment. Now my time was completely wasted.

My under age daughter and her friends went to go shop on 8/02/23 they were racially profiled by this older looking lady she’s on the floor she made them seem like they were thieves, making weird and rude comments about their financial status. Also when they were ready to pay that same lady decided to remove the cashier that was going to assist my daughter and proceeded to check them out and continued on making her offensive comments towards them. My daughters and myself would taking our business somewhere else. I would talk to my friends and customers about this incident.

Store is crowded and dirty. Out of most things. Nobody seems to go in there with less than 5 kids, who will constantly be slamming into you. Disgusting and won't be back to this location.

I like Ulta so much.alwys they are wonderfully helpful for everything but last week I had very bad experience from this shop. I was looking for a matching contour for my skin tone and sincerely I never used a contour before so really needed help.one girl hand over me to another staff from the from door and she told him clearly that I’m looking for a contour matching for my skin and help her.but he clearly ignored me and jus showed me one contour stick and he busy with arranging the shelf. I was expecting some one gonna try few shades on skin and try to help me how to apple it or which type is good etc.bcz they suppose to do that.bcz usually they does. I had good experience bfore for my foundation and concealers all.but this time felt so bad.he ignored me like am not standing thre next him.

One of my first experiences at an Ulta store and one of the workers destiny was extremely helpful I had no idea what I was doing everything’s new to me and she was so patient and very understanding she helped me with everything I needed and she was so extremely sweet about it she made me feel so comfortable and not shy we need more workers like her I would definitely shop here again because of her 10/10

Was in the store yesterday - had the salesperson place an order for me for a product which is no longer carried in store but is available online - first request was to have delivered to store - can't do that because product isn't carried in store - (this makes no sense - still purchased from ULTA) - explained in detail that product had to be ground delivery not start out ground (UPS or FEDEX) and then switched to USPS - she reviewed options and said it would be an additional charge which I was fine with - made purchase - everything on email looked good - get email this morning it is being transferred to UPSsurepost and will be delivered via USPS. Do not receive anything from USPS - called store it's out if their hands per manager Brianna - called customer service - sane song and dance - no accountability - like oh well - so it will be attempted delivery - return to sender - credited back to my account - which will take 10 days or longer - still no product. Waiting on supervisor at customer service to return call in 24 to 48 hours.

… went in to make a return (exchange) and the lady at the front desk was rude acted like i was bothering her and looked like she didnt want to be there she was being passive aggressive with her comments she has long black hair and was wearing glasses). Once she finished my return she just turned around and didnt say anything to me and i just walked out Going to Sephora from now on

This was my first time visiting this store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. Everyone was helpful and very nice.

My go to for personal products and restocking of my professional kit. Staff is always welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I do run into the same products being continually out of stock. Also, sometimes issues redeeming coupons. Seems to be system related, however a bummer to have to really stay on top of it.

The store was clean and organized. Stephanie was quick and efficient when checking out my products and very informative. They didn't have my shade in the creme contour sticks bc the last one was open and damaged.
She was apologetic when they didn't have any more in store she offered to have some delivered to my home.

All in all the associates were very warm and knowledgeable and didn't mind my questions bc I didn't know if I wanted to continue w what I already use or switch over w something else. I'll be coming back for sure!

My hair product was discontinued and was in search of something new that was close to the other. The Ulta associate was so helpful in helping me find something new and saved me so much money as well!

The young ladies at this store are amazing. Kayla took her time finding the perfect match for my uncooperative undertone… everyone was polite and nice and went over and beyond to provide great customer service. I've been a Mac girl for over a decade and now I will definitely be switching to this new brand and shopping with Ulta going forward!

Been to other Ultas to have my hair done and left very unhappy. I gave this ulta a try and have to say I finally found a great stylist "Tiffany C". She does an amazing job at styling my curly hair and coloring. Love her! She is the best!
