Ulta Beauty, Spring TX

I typically love going in and shopping here, which is the reason I’m giving it 3 stars. The reason for the loss of the 2 stars is the hair salon there. I personally message one of their hairstylists (Giselle, who was a recommended stylist from my friend) and set up an appointment with her and was going back and forth messaging every once in a while as it came time for my appointment. The night before I DM’d (on Instagram) Giselle who was doing my hair and asked a question, she then left me a long message basically saying she can’t come into work and Ulta might have put me in someone else’s appointment books. First of all, if I had been private messaging Giselle then she should have at least had the professionalism to tell me herself that she wouldn’t be able to do my hair because she knew she wouldn’t be able to do it for days prior. I just felt this was very unprofessional on Ulta and the hair stylists part.

I love this ulta store and I think the products are great. However, I was shopping today with my partner and we saw a few managers treating one of their coworkers really rudely, she was very sweet and helpful when she checked us out. The experience was very uncomfortable seeing how they were being extremely rude with her. I believe there needs to be better management that can treat their employees with more respect. I will also be submitting a complaint with Corporate to evaluate the managers working there.

I love this ULTA, great location and wonderful service! It’s my go-to spot for most of my beauty products but was left a bit disappointed with my previous in-store pick-up. The concealer I had purchased was re-wrapped with the display sticker still on it, once opened the concealer was gently used—-in a midst of health concerns (COVID-19) this was a bit discouraging to receive.

Again, great place—just wasn’t what I was expecting.

I guess I was underdressed for this location. Walked in and there were two guys at the door. No greeting. Work around the store because It was my first time in this store. Seen several employees walking around and no one asked if I needed help. Till I got to the line and complained to my husband. Load enough for someone to hear me. Standing in line about to check out i was asked if I needed help. Not happy I guess I will just go to we’re I am comfortable

So today I went in but NOT FOR MAKEUP! I went in to learn and be educated on skincare! ️ I walked in and met with the Clinique rep that was there and had a WONDERFUL experience. I left with knowledge, products and a plan. It wasn’t chaotic, overwhelming, etc.it was great. This went to show ulta is not only for makeup and hair but to work on your skin! I’m sure there’s so much more to this store than I know.

I went yesterday with my mom for my birthday to pick up some birthday girl treats. Ulta was having an Urban Decay event with some mini classes. The two artist that worked on us Brian and April made my birthday! My mom and I had a blast with each other and loved the make up they applied. Between the class and free gifts we won not to mention how flawless our skin looked I can not tell you the best part. But for sure BRIAN & APRIL made our exsperience. We have never really been Ulta shoppers but we will be now. I just hope BRIAN works at this location I know Amy was imported from Austin lol.

Visited many Ultas in the past. I will say this location is the rudest I have ever experienced. If you do not like your job.get a new one! Geez! Sorry. I will take my business to The Woodlands location!

The staff was very helpful, pleasant and professional. I enjoy shopping there and will continue to do so. I recommend this store to anyone shopping for make-up, fragrances, and hair care products.

Worst customer service! The shop assistants do not care, do not help and just chat with each other even though you buy high-end expensive products! If you ask them, they are no thelpful at at all. Buy your stuff somewhere else!

Favorite place to shop for my makeup and earn points! Staff doesnt ask if u need help with anything but are friendly. Makeup is usually stocked up whenever I go.

Very impressed. This Ulta has WAY more product available than other Ultas in the area. Employees are also very nice

Friendly and helpful staff, even though they were busy, they listened to me and help me find what I was looking for.

I love the makeup selection but would never ever get my hair done here again. They not only cut it way to short but also ruined my color

Horrible experience. I tried calling about a product I needed urgently and no one answered the first four times I called. The last four times they answered and put me on hold without greeting or letting me know when I can call back. This location is tragic.

Always stocked, always friendly employees. I love coming here to get my makeup! Much better rewards program than sephora. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. One employee Amy was very helpful and amazing she deserves a raise!

Best Ulta I’ve been too. It’s super new so everything is neat & fully stocked. Always has the products in store when I search on app.

Wow. You need to see Mary Alice for a facial. She's absolutely phenomenal. Caring, gentle, and knowledgeable.
The newer store manager has really made a difference here. It's clean and people want to help you.

I got married on Saturday and Lyn was my stylist for hair and make up. I got sooooo many compliments on my beautiful make up. I thought it was pricey but the stylist doesn't set the prices ULTA does. I sweated my butt off but my make-up looked top notch all night. I also appreciated her humor and kind words/ compliments. I began to get nervous but she made me feel like a rock star! I will DEFINITELY be coming back to do my make-up with Lyn.

Lynn, Bruce and Jordan are wonderful, very knowledgeable and they try their hardest to make customers happy!

Love my experience at this Ulta location, my stylist (Shalonda) is fabulous! I also purchased hair care products that I wouldn't have done if it were not for the knowledgeable people at Ulta! Glad I took the time to visit this store and get my hair slayed. Thank you!
