I was so pleased with the work Janie did on my hair! She was such a ray of sunshine and helped fix my hair. Definitely will be back!

Will not be coming back to Ulta. The cashier was rude. She should not be on the register if she isn't going to do her job correctly.

Hair salon manager Judy was very helpful during my visit at Ulta she helped me out choosing the correct hair product thank you.

A very sweet girl helped with my shopping but if you know what you want order for pickup they get priority. I was the only person in line and had to wait till they answered and helped all the people outside.

Went to get the micro dermabrasion, it was relaxing. It didn't hurt at all. Melissa was awesome, she answered all my questions. She was very knowledgable.

Beautiful store and great prices, however, poor customer service. Girls ignore you, won’t acknowledge you or ask if you need any help, the cashier had a stinky attitude the day I went. I’ll stick with Sephora

It sad that such a good store would lack common simple customer service skills for their employees, it never fails! I don’t regularly shop here in person for the same reason but today was just another bad experience, ULTA please invest some time and effort on your employees educating them on customer service.

My teenage granddaughter swears by this place. They have a wide variety of cosmetics and accessories.

This is a great store. They have great customer service. I personally do not like being bothered while I shop but they are always there when I do need help. I have never had someone ignore me or be unwilling to help.

The girls that work here don't bother to ask you if you need help and keep avoiding you. Really bad customer service. I'll stick to sephora and their amazing customer service.

I love Ulta! Employees are very friendly and if I didn't have so much makeup already. I'd practically live here

No one asked me if I needed help the whole hour I was there and I was two cents away from using a coupon and she didnt give it to me.ugh:/ disappointed

I had never set foot in any ULTA store ever, but was in desperate need of a haircut and was looking for a new place to go since my usual lady disappeared to who knows where, so I decided to give this store a try.

The service was amazing! My hair designer Michelle (we even had a little chat about how weird it was to say our names since we have the same one) was wonderful! My hair is kind of terrible and she worked absolute magic on it! She was super courteous and helpful, even when i sort of blind sided her with product recommendations, which she was also great at, even going as far as telling what products to avoid for my hair type! It was like she knew my hairs whole life story and it was fantastic! She took her time and weeded out every bit of ridiculously dry hair leaving it super smooth, even with a corporate on their way to the store for an inspection! I will most definitely be going back again and booking and appointment with her!

As far as i could tell, the rest of the staff around the store was great and courteous with the other customers looking for makeup and skin products. They even offered good customer service over the phone. (You get to see and hear quite a bit sitting in that chair for about an hour.) I absolutely recommend this place!

I did my hair their thinking that they would leave it exactly how i wanted it.was totally wrong! Aside that its extremely expensive they didnt leave it close to what i wanted. Now im so mad/sad cause i bleached my hair wanting a balayage and my hair looks like i did some cheap highlights. Now i have to wait to recover some damage done so i can re do it with someone else. I totally do not recommend the salon at ulta

From makeup, to hair products, and perfume, Ulta is a pretty big store and carry a wide variety of beauty products. They're usually friendly, and they have makeup artist on staff if you have any makeup questions. Usually they have coupons online that you can apply in store so be sure to look! The checkout line can get a little long sometimes so use that time to visit ulta online and grab your coupon.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Every single worker avoided me even when I called their attention. There was only 3 other people shopping in the store so I don't understand why they were hiding. This place doesn't deserve my money.

Really bad customer service! Every single time i go they are either in a corner gossoping or they are trying makeup amongs them selves.dont even bother asking them for help they will respond rudely or with an "IDK" and dont offer any otger way to help u. Yes lines are long but are quick to charge. Love going to Ultra but the customer svc there is terrible and it never fails everytime i go. Sticking to sephora.

If you're going in for a specific product, it's ok, unless you count the eternally long line and the only cashier answering phones while cashing you out. Everyone else seems to be avoiding people or hiding in the back. If you're going in with questions and expecting help, go somewhere else. The only really helpful person is the young lady at the Benefit Brow Bar.
