Ulta Beauty, San Antonio TX

This review is for Clair in the salon. I love my hair. I have not found anyone who will get me platinum blonde. Props to her for doing a fantastic job. My hair looks amazing.

I went in there after waiting outside and there was no one around to help. Everyone was on register and there wasn't a single person to help me pick out a foundation. I left frustrated after looking around for 10 minutes

Just had my hair cut by Ryan and had a fantastic experience. Hair is beautiful, great conversation, and I'll definitely be back in 10 weeks for the next one. Highly recommend!

I hesitated on writing this review but i think our voices should be heard.last week, i visited this location with my in-laws and was thoroughly disappointed in the customer service.my in-law was waiting in line patiently to pay for her items and there were 2-3 (?) people working the registers.one of the team members completed a purchase and as my in-laws, who were next in line, were waiting to be called up, she looked away and stopped what she was doing until another team member called them up.this team member then proceeded to call up other customers to the register the moment that my in-laws were at another team members’ register.i am not sure why my in-laws were not served right away and were completely disregarded when that particular team member didn’t seem to be preoccupied with anything and even had the audacity to ring up other customers once my in-laws were out of her presence.this experience was frustrating and i wish i remembered that lady’s name so that i can say it here because my in-laws felt very discriminated against and uncomfortable with the entire situation.

The Rim location is one of the best! Expanded product and stock available here! Good customer service.

They have gotten a little tooo fancy and they are way overpriced. I do not RECOMMEND them at all, you can find the same thing at other stores for much less. At one time I shopped their often, but something has definitely changed, and not for the better.

I love Ulta, but this location was lacking products I find at other locations, for example hair color, hardly nothing to choose from.

Went in hoping to get my brows waxed ASAP. Kristin was helpful and took me in. Very sweet and talkative. Line moved rather quickly when checking out

Stopped by with my wife, the lack of customer service amazed me. Not one associate asked if she needed help. I'm not sure if the Ulta policy is "don't bother the guest unless they ask for help" but this is the second store this has happened at.

The stores haven't been crowded and there are plenty of associates in the store.

I worked retail growing up and guests that stopped in were always asked if they needed any help. I guess today's retailers don't have that mind set.

Today was very quick with service but the place doesnt have the best ac so it smells musky while waiting in line

Make-up wonderland. Shop girls were kinda rude this trip and one of the stylist was walking through the middle of the store on her phone. Had to push past us to get by and didn't excuse hetself. I like the company, and some of the management team. General customer service could be better.

You have to ask for sponges or makeup applicators. Not cool! If we can't sample the product, why buy it? Sometimes staff are friendly.

Stylist yelled at me for not purchasing the larger size shampoo bottle. All her coworkers just stared at her.

Service from staff isn't very good but you will get you what you need from here! Good thing is that the layout makes it easy to find what you need.

Went during Christmas for my daughter. James Charles makeup thingy was always sold out but the ladies were nice and helped

The staff there was very friendly and very kind they helped me choose a cleanser that was just right for me thank you

Daniel Lee in the salon is a miracle worker. I would reccomend him to anyone and everyone. I came in with my hair looking the worst it has ever been, and left with the best hair I’ve ever had. Love, love, love him! Tip: trust his vision, he knows what he is doing.

Major shout out to Meghan for helping me out and sticking with me while ordering some brushes online for me and going above and beyond to make sure that I got what I came in for. Definitely coming back for all my future purchases!

It has everything you ladies or men need, when it come to perfume or facial items. Customer service is great.

I have NEVER in my life written a review and I have experienced both exceptional service and pretty crappy service but this was just the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a manager at any store. She has absolutely zero idea as to what a manager should do provide quality customer service. I’m glad there are other Ultas in San Antonio and I never have to deal with her again.
