Easy scheduling, very polite staff, the owner is very helpful and always makes sure his customers are taken care of. A couple of months ago, I brought both of my cars in for oil changes- for the second car, when I got here the lift for the cars stopped working on them so they couldn’t change the oil, the owner was very apologetic and wanted to make it right by offering a discount on the services needed for when the lift was fixed. The waiting room is very cozy and the Wi-Fi is fast! I always try to come here for any of my cars needs!

BILL IS THE MAN.this guy is very professional he will politely explain everything in details for you and if possible he will also try work with you. Wouldn’t ask for anything better. Third time taking my car over there. The BMW and now the Nissan Altima.ask for BILL if can find him but am sure even other guys can Assist well to.

I love this place, I moved to TX 5 years ago. I have a Hummer, and this place was the only shop that could fix my truck. I now take all my vehicles to this shop. The Owner truly understands customer service and the value of it.

Matt at Ultimate Car care was awesome! When I was getting gas, I realized that my bumper was hanging off on one side. Not sure if something hit it and I hadn’t noticed previously but I was worried about driving it with it hanging loose. I stopped in at the first car place, I saw, which was ultimate car care, and Matt and team came to the rescue!

Worked with us on getting everything we need done. Super helpful and professional. We were struggling financially and they worked with us on getting things lowered where they could. Car is all fixed up and I can return to real life!

Nothing but great things to say about this shop. I went in for a diagnostic test on my 2011 Ford Edge due to my brakes being soft. Matt & everyone was very helpful & explained everything needed to be done, time frame & costs. Work was completed on the master cylinder, brake booster in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

This review is based on above and beyond customer service. I haven't had the opportunity to have vehicle repairs done here but will definitely give them future consideration. I had an emergency tire issue close to their business and even though their services don't include tires, they were kind and helpful enough to get me back on my way!

I was on my way to Discount Tire but couldn’t make it because my tire had a nail in it. I stopped at Ultimate Car Care in Little Elm and they put my spare on so I could get to DT. Thanks guys for saving me. You will get my biz going forward
