I’ve been waxing for about 8 years now & as a Black woman with thick 4C hair, I struggle with hyperpigmentation & discoloration in intimate areas. My dermatologist recommended LHR as the only solution to really help solve the problem at its source. Krysta is very insightful, knowledgeable, and comforting and has made my LHR removal experience well worth it. I’m still not even half way through the package I purchased and I’m seeing results. I came to MedSpa a few years back for my first time experience and Krysta was just awesome! She is very knowledgeable and professional, she explained everything and answered all my questions. I can, hands down, say that my experience at Ultimate Image MedSpa has been nothing less than spectacular! Although it’s a smaller company, they certainly hold themselves to the same (if not higher, in my personal opinion) standard than a lot of the large laser hair removal chains in the area. Krysta has been my go-to laser technician and has such a thorough and professional manner while also making me feel so comfortable and happy to be a continued client. Their pricing is competitive to begin with but they also always seem to be running some sort of special which is just the icing on the cake.
