I’ve been going to Ultimate Pilates now for over a month and I absolutely love it. Suzan is amazing and made me so seen after our sessions offering words of encouragement. The workout is great and is truly an awesome way to get in shape. As someone who has chronic joint issues, this workout was gentle on the joints but hard on the muscles! Such a good pain if you know what I mean!

I love the classes at UP, the instructors are friendly and good at showing you modifications if there are any moves you cannot perform. The classes will give you an incredible full body workout with a ton of “burn”.
