7Everything was cold. The burger had so much sauce on it the bread was soaked and it was a mess to pick up. Like probably 1/3 cup of sauce poured all over it. The burger patty itself was pretty small, the cold pork belly was rubbery. They didn’t include any of the sauces for the sides.
They are lucky to get 1 star i wish I could give -5 stars
Read closely- These Get Reef.com trucks are a joke- they are in 7 or 8 locations around Austin, TX
First off- 90% of the time the staff are Super Shady Super Ghetto Super non friendly Super Lame and Open Super Late
Don't be fooled by these trucks especially online
It is some kind of weird food truck program that chooses from 20 different names like (Bao Bao, Umami Burger, Wings and Things, Cabrettis sandwiches, Beast Burger, Man Vs Fries, Crispy Chicken and more
All of these places are in the same truck or often 2 trucks next to eachother with Get Reef.com written in big letters on the side- and small stickers under the windows that tell you what 5 different food brands they have in that truck
This is not supporting local food at all - this is a shame - and a disgrace as a food truck
Please support local food in your area and those who hold I higher value and love and passion into the food the create- not this online trickery and very low grade of food

I love having late night stuff available- But not this
Both times I have ordered from here they have gotten my order wrong, and did not include sauces. Frustrating to wait 45 minutes to get a cold incomplete order. Fool me twice. I guess
Outrageously upset. I ordered a burger, fries, cake, and Mac and cheese.
There was NO mac and cheese and I paid 6 dollars for what? ! If you ran out of food you need to immediately notify the customer or replace it!
Horrible! This business does not care about its customers
Food preparation was actually disgusting. Fries portions and seasoning was a joke. Lies. The chicken tender “seasoned” look worse and taste worse than a high school cafeteria and don’t get me started on “smash” burgers. Sauces were good only reason I’ll leave 2 stars.
Didn’t include sauces and my lettuce wrapped burger was just a burger with chopped lettuce smushed over it
