10My wife and daughter didn't make it 3 feet in the place before having 5 things in their hands.
I purchased some gloves online, of course it was my fault they were the wrong size. I called the 800# they gave me the return policy. When I arrived at this store for the exchange, I was greeted by a young fellow who was genuine concerned for my issue. The gloves were only sold on line. A young lady who was on break came to help me. Needless to say she has all the answers and I hope she got to eat on this busy night.
While they have a decent selection and good prices on some stuff I don’t understand their COVID policy enforcement. Signs on door stating we value your safety or something of the sort, and worker standing just inside door. However there were 4 ppl in 2 groups w no mask whatsoever. Not even around their chins for show. They were meandering around the store and checked out in front of us. No one spoke to them or asked them to put a mask on that I could see. If you’ve got a policy why not enforce it? Nobody likes wearing masks - but c’mon you need to at least make an effort to enforce your policy if you’ve got a sign on the door. Piss poor!
1 bad customer service rep, has no out come of the rest of the customer care which was excellent.
This store is always a must stop when I go visit the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets! I have found so many good deals here. Especially some Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson merchandise that usually run for a pretty penny! Great customer service and also great products. Nicely maintained store would recommend!

We always come here to buy my son's basketball shoes. They always have a sale going on and we can get him a couple of pairs.
Best place to grab yourself hoodies or shoes. Under armour things are available here at really good price
Underwhelmed is more appropriate. Basically the same items you can now buy at walmart, only at a giant markup
