Unique Dental, Houston TX

Called the day before my appointment and asked them if my insurance is still good and they told me we'll set your appointment and if your insurance doesn't approve we will call u and let u know.well i called thier office on the day of my appointment and the phone would just ring ring ring with nobody answering on my way to my appointment when i get there they tell me that were sorry but its not time yet to get your teeth cleaned.very disappointing to get there then they tell u that.staff is unprofessional.they need to start answering phone calls before patients have to get there.if your on medicade they treat you different because u dont have money. I spent 500 dollars out of my pocket for my partials and they didn't do a good job because the dentist knew I was poor and on medicade.beware before u call these people.very very unprofessional.

Today was my first time going to unique dental and I was very impressed! The front desk girls are super polite and professional. And the dental assistant was amazing! I ended up getting my wisdom tooth pulled today and the dental assistant is very knowledgeable And informative the whole time. When the doctor came in she was very sweet and gentle during my whole procedure. If anybody needs a dentist, look no further.unique dental is the best!

Office never answers the phone. Making it almost impossible to schedule appointment over the phone.

I used to go here. Dr. Nguyen was attuned to my oral sensitivity and provided good advices and gentle cleaning. The assistant was also careful with flossing. I would recommend this practice.

I've been going here for years and always get good care. I had two fillings done today by Dr. Nguyen and she was FAST and so sweet. But I have seen the other doctors too over the years and they are always fantastic including Dr. Hind and Dr. Ransom. I HATE going to the dentist but Dr. Nguyen and the staff made me very comfortable.

Awful experience. Was given appt for wrong doctor. Receptionist was rude. Was told I needed to pay even though I have two free cleanings a year. They charge a random ‘Prep fee’ of $5 for cleanings. Way to steal money. Poor service overall.

Came in for a chipped tooth and all around dental check up. This whole staff treated me and my boyfriend so wonderful. I ended up having 5 cavities that I was able to get filled in that same day. They also were able to get my cleaning in on the same visit; unlike my old dentist in which I would have to have my exam then make another appointment for a cleaning on a separate day. The dentist was so easy to talk to and so nice and caring. Her assistant Maria was amazing as well. These ladies were very careful and made sure I wasn’t in to much pain. I would highly recommend this spot because I am one happy patient.

Staff is wonderful. All the doctors are very gentle and kind. The lady doctor was able to give me detail explanation of my needed treatments so and broke it down so I was not overwhelmed. Thank you for giving me a good experience.

This place is Awesome! The girls in the front are so nice and full of energy its makes it refreshing to go the the dentist. The Main Dentist Lady is amazing! The whole staff is. Just makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The place was extremely clean!
