I have rented a wheelchair mobility van several times at United Access and have nothing but high praise for the company. Karen, the rental agent there, has been extraordinarily helpful. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process of renting a vehicle. I highly recommend this company whenever a mobility vehicle is needed.

United Acess is always very helpful with getting a rental for my disabled mom's Dr. Appointments. Karen is the best and is always willing to go the extra mile to get us what we need.

I want to thank Kyle & his technicians today, they helped me so much. My daughter is in a wheelchair & the ramp broke & I couldn't get her out safely. I called Kyle & he told me to come & he would take a look, now mine you this wasn't their ramp on this van I was driving, Kyle & his team went above & beyond to make sure this ramp was secure & fixed. Being a single Mom of a disabled daughter, you have no idea the relief & security this team did for me. Also the ladies in the front office was very nice & concerned about my daughter & myself. I highly recommend United Access! Thank you Kyle & your team you are the BEST!

Had hand controls put in my Lexus RX350 and drove it for about 2 weeks. I took it back for an adjustment because it was not at a comfortable position for me which made it harder to operate. I explained it to the technician and he made the adjustment and now it drives like a dream. He also said bring it back if needed but I am very happy with it and do not think it will be needed. They are very professional and have a great team of employees to help with your special needs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs disability driving support.
