9I’ve shopped at too many businesses that show you their stock but don’t go the extra mile to help you. John Deere did. I purchased my tractor months ago. It has been too hot to do anything. I needed a canopy. I text Travis who sold me my tractor and told him what I needed. I went in to purchase it. Travis then ask me who is going to install it. I answered, I am. He then replied, it weighs 300 lbs. I said I will have to find someone people to help. Travis then said don’t worry we will take care of it. I ask how much. He replied we’ll take care of it. I will send someone to pick it up. We’ll install and return it. Travis kept his word. They ROCK! That’s going above and beyond! Thank you ️
Rather lay in a fire ant mound covered in honey.can't answer a phone no knowledge.tore up my tractor and still charged me 6800.poor excuse for a dealership.
Had a hard time getting me the right part. Made 3 separate trips and still had to drive to ennis to pick up the right part.
Very friendly people. Answered all of our questions. Did not pressure us to purchase anything but we did. Walked out with tractor that was at least 5K cheaper than other dealers we looked at. Travis and the whole crew we just great to work with.

Brought in a 7800 that needed extensive repair. Upon completion, there was a discrepancy over what was quoted. The service manager (Bubba), went out of his way to make the situation right. The repairs were outstanding, and this tractor has never run better.
This is a Great and Fair dealership. A credit to the industry.
