Excellent customer service provided by the Dallas office if you want a house build in the DFW area I would recommend the Dallas office. They will take care of you and answer all your questions. Caleb at the Dallas office shows five star service. Craig also has shown courtesy and good customer service making the financing and paperwork go easy. We are excited in starting our build, this is a dream come true for me and my family. We have worked hard to get to this point and are trusting UBH with our dream home to come. We feel blessed. We got our dream house!

UBH exceeded our expectations, everything from financing to designing was a breeze and we are so glad we picked them for the job!

My two favorite things about building with UBH:

#1 In house financing
This was a must for us! After searching for over 2 years for a reputable and affordable custom home builder we came across UBH and that changed everything.
Within a few days we were fully approved for a loan and walked away with the first design of our dream home.
Anyone out there looking to build knows how hard it is to find a builder with truly in house financing, specially one that asks for zero money down and no payments for 6 months!

#2 Custom Designs
This is something we really wanted but didn't think we could afford.
With UBH you can have both! We made so many changes to the design and not once felt like a burden or paid any additional fees.

We want to thank Caleb, Paul, and Craig from the Dallas office for all of your hard work! These guys answered a million questions and on many occasions worked late just to accommodate our busy schedules.

This has been the most amazing experience for our family! We didn't think it would be this easy to build. Caleb was so knowledgeable in this area. There was not much we had to do on our end, he really did it all. He made this one of the smoothest transitions we've ever encountered. Who would have ever knew the plot of land we purchased yrs ago would give us so much promise for our family. Craig was awesome with explaining all the terms to us, which was greatly appreciated. Not to mention he's a really cool guy as well. Paul which is our builder, also made sure he catered our home to us and what we wanted. We even looked into buying for awhile before we gave them an answer, and ended up saving tremendously. My dad is a contractor and gave the approval for building with UBH. (which says alot) Please, if buying or building is what you are looking to do, start with UBH and you can't go wrong!

Me and my wife had a great experience with United build homes. From the beginning, dealing with Caleb, the loan officer, to signing the papers with Craig and the rest of the team there everything was smooth and easy. Caleb walked us through all the different design aspects that we could pick or change to make the home our own. Once The building of the house started we dealt with Paul, who is over all the construction. He was so easy to get In touch with and was there every single time we needed a question answered. They said the house will be finished and 120 days and they were done in less than 90. Craig, Caleb, Paul and whole building team were amazing, we can’t say enough about the UBH family they really made the buying experience easy from beginning to the end. I would recommend UBH to anyone looking to build a house either on your own property or if you’re buying property give them a call they will help you in anyway they can.

My wife and I spent about a year looking for the perfect home builder. My grandmother gave us 2 acres to build a home for our family, so we wanted to make sure that whoever we selected was going to do a great job. I happened to notice a sign on a telephone pole with the saying, "use your land, no down payment", being pessimistic I thought there had to be a catch to it, we soon found out that there was no catch and it was the truth. The staff at the DeSoto branch were an amazing group of people. Caleb was our salesman, not your typical salesman, straight forwad, really fun to work with and seem to be very genuine. Craig, I can't say enough about Craig, he handled everything to the best of his ability. If we had an issue I could call Craig, it seem like anytime of the day, any day of the week and he would get me an answer, outstanding person and it was my pleasure to work with him. Last but not least there was Paul, I don't know how this man juggles all the tasks that he has going on on a daily basis, but we could not have asked for a better person to oversee the build of our home. Every time I thought something wasn't going to get done because of rain or product not being there yet, Paul had an answer and it was always accurate and he kept us in the loop the entire time of what the schedule is going to be. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought we could build a house from closing date two handing me the keys in 97 days. The workmanship of all UBH employees and contractors was above and beyond what I could of expected and I would most definitely refer anybody to have a home built with this company.

Oh yeah, one last thing, someone needs to get the UBH truck drivers a better way to unload their trucks, poor guy's got to unload the whole truck by hand, LOL!

This has been a refreshing experience. We have been working with Wesley, Stephen and Kyle out of the Fort Worth office and have had nothing but good to say. They go above and beyond to help make the whole process simple and streamlined without skipping any details while also making sure the customer is well informed and everything is upfront so there are no surprises.
I wish it were more common for businesses to operate like UBH does.

What a great experience we had - from initial walk in to the day our house was complete! We went in and spoke with Caleb to get ideas on building a home. Caleb was very informative and worked with us to get what we wanted at a price we could afford. Our builder - Paul - kept us up to speed throughout the whole process and even completed the job ahead of schedule. He worked with our ideas and was honest about what would work and what wouldn't work. Go see them! They have your back and want to build you a great home! I love our new house!

My husband came in on Saturday without an appointment and spoke with Caleb. We went in assuming we were going to see manufactured type housing. We were shocked to see how well built the models and samples in the showroom are. These homes are very well built. Caleb has a lot of knowledge and there was no pressure to sell or fill out a credit application. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering to build instead of buy. We are working on finding our land and then are going to have them build us a brand new house, the way we want it, the colors we want, and every detail met. I can't believe that it is more affordable to build a new home than to pick one that needs to be remodeled.
