Was able to get an appointment the same week as a new patient everyone was friendly! Office was clean and organized. The doctor was very thorough and listen to my needs, answered all my questions! Will Recommend!

I haven’t been to a dermatologist in a number of years. I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience. From the receptionist, to the technician Lekeisha and P/A The. Everyone was professional, friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable and very competent. They were outstanding and I would highly recommend them for any and all of your dermatological needs.

I've never been in a doctor's office where you didn't have to wait for an hour or two to see the doctor but I've been to this office 3 times and didn't have to wait more than 5-6 minutes. Also, the ladies in the office are pleasant and friendly and Dr A is great!

This is where I'll go if I need mohs surgery again.

$100 as co-pay for a refered consultation?
I was referred to this place by my primary physician.
Went in for my initial consultation. After the PA said they don't provide such procedure.
Checking out, I'm being charged $100 as copay for a consultation.
Front desk lady lied through her teeth that was my copay, even though I checked 3 times if they worked with my insurqbce company. Lmao.
I'd stay clear of this place if you want a consultation to address your concern.
Dishonesty and stealing from patients is a No-No.

I had a Mucocele Cyst removed from my bottom lip. The nurse and Doctor I had during this procedure were Awesome! Kind, gentle and respectful. Definitely will recommend UDA to family and friends. Thank you so much for all your help. Truly grateful!

Do NOT go here. Came in for planters wart. They recommended their SWIFT treatment claiming it would probably only require one treatment and no recovery time. First, it hurt incredibly. Second, it does not work. I did 2 treatments and nothing happened. They said I needed to keep coming for treatments at $250 each which insurance does not cover. Total scam! I'm out $500 and still have warts. Go elsewhere!
You can see below they left an apology note for me to call them. I did. I sat on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. They have my number. If they really cared about customers they know how to reach me. Once again, go elsewhere!

Upon entering the facility at the front desk, both ladies put their heads down and ignored my presence; one while typing on the computers says “I’ll be with you in a minute” now that was four minutes later. Not the best way to welcome a new potential client.
The doctors were wonderful. The facility is very nice service I received from the professional doctor. Perfect.

I had a very pleasant experience today at United Dermatology Associates in Flower Mound. I saw Ms. Tran who was assisted by Lynette. Both ladies were very kind and patient which I very much appreciate.
I felt very comfortable because of their great "bedside manner. "

I’ve been going to this office since 2020 and each time I’m there, the staff is always so friendly & courteous. I especially enjoy going to see Reisha for all my skincare concerns. She’s always so thorough and patiently works with me on how to improve my skin. Her delicate care is so appreciated.

I go to visit Myreisha when I need my skin to be obedient. She is a godsend. She is knowledgeable and will let me know what is what when it comes to taking care of my skin. If you are looking for someone who has great skin knowledge and integrity… meaning she will not just perform a procedure to get money.she is it. She will do a through assessment of your skin and go over what is needed to get you the results you are looking for. She will forever be my skin guru!

My visit with Dr. Hong was great from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with multiple smiles as I walked in by friendly ladies behind the front desk. Everyone l encountered was professional and caring. I was a little nervous as this was my first time to a dermatologist but everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Hong and her staff if you need to see a dermatologist.

So disappointed in this office’s lack of integrity.
I have been a patient here for a number of years. The PA has always been a great provider.
Last year I paid my portion of my bill at each office visit.
The first week of January they sent me an additional bill for $600!
After calling their billing dept, I had a patient advocacy company research this and learned that Blue Cross renegotiated their contract with the doctor late in the year…many months after my visit and 2 procedures.
Now, the doctor wants me to pay more than was agreed to, to compensate her for what money she lost in their new contract! Who does this?
Congress passed a new law in 2022, The “no surprise billing law”, which I will be applying for to fight this…
Now my wife and I need to find a new dermatologist. Won’t trust this office again.
