United Dermatology Associates reviews
7This is happening right now. My appt was at 345pm and 1 hr later I still waiting for the Dr come to the room.
Their BOT used for initial new patient dialog is really bad, but my provider is excellent.
The office is very nice and the staff was excellent! From the 1st phone call to filling out my New Patient forms to actually coming into the office was a breeze! My visit with Lisa O was awesome. I was nervous about my treatment, but her kindness and patience helped me. I am very pleased with my results and plan to see her again! Thank you
Wonderful people from the first person I dealt with to the person who checked me out. Great experience and I felt very cared for.
Everyone was so nice and I absolutely loved the PA. She explained everything so well and answered any questions I had.
I honestly hate going to any type of doctor appointments, but Dr. Lisa Ostrowski was extremely helpful and understanding even the stuff didn’t make me feel unwanted or rushed. For the first time I felt wanted, safe and nowhere near embarrassed. Definitely recommending this office to anybody who needs to see a dermatologist.
Had to wait 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment to get called in to a room. Waited another 10 minutes before a woman dressed in a white lab coat poked her head in and announced “there’s two other people in front of you. I’ll be with you as soon as I can. ” We waited another 10 minutes before she came back. I’d love to tell you who she was, but she never introduced herself… and we were brand-new patients. I assume she was “Dr. Laura, ” as the staff made reference, but again, not certain. She inspected my son’s back and made a diagnosis, then suggested a limited treatment option, and proceeded to do the work. (It literally involved aiming a spray can and pulling the trigger.) Then she was gone. At checkout, I was informed by an annoyed receptionist exactly how much the treatment cost (no one mentioned price when discussing treatment options) and left.
I’m sure others have had a much better experience, but the lack of professionalism, patient care, and transparency on our visit earns “Dr. Laura” and UDA a low rating.
