Ok so from check in to Check I enjoyed my experience Dr. Brian is knowledgeable and was pleasant as was his nurse. The front staff was amazing definitely a place to visit and the whole building is extremely amazing…

Actual appointment services are great; however, the 1 star is due to the extreme waiting times from scheduled appointments. This is my fourth time coming for an appointment and was ensured the previous times we very rare occurrences. I waited over 40 minutes each time from my scheduled appointment time. To note, each appointment has been at different times, additionally they mentioned that two other doctors were an hour behind and that was only after patients went up and asked how long was their wait going to be.

Dr and staff were amazing! Was quick getting called to a room and the dr was very thorough with my exam. Overall a great experience would highly recommend

The office was very busy but very professional. They had 2 employees available at the front desk, 3 during the appointment, and one specifically for checkout. They have a great online system where you can chat with someone to make appointments and fill out paperwork. I was thoroughly impressed overall!

This place is a scam. I was told prior to my visit with two verbal confirmations from staff stating that my insurance covered my visit in full. Later I come to find out that I was getting a surprise bill which was not what I was told. I have asked to speak to the doctor who owns the clinic and still have not received a phone call from her after the regional manger “Erica” told me she would be contacting me. “DO NOT COME HERE” I already have told the people who referred me, that currently go here, not to come anymore and will tell others to go somewhere else as well. I know they will respond to this by saying “deepest apologies. ” Apologies do not fix what happened. Actions speak louder than words.

1 month update, still have yet to be contacted from the doctor about situation.

Everything was explained thoroughly and the treatment was explained and performed quickly.

Brian, the PA was very informative and thorough. I loved the hospitality and how well versed the LVN was as well. The team here exude confidence and professionalism. By providing me with a better understanding of what is going on and an explanation of my plan of care, it helped to relieve some of my anxiety. I especially appreciate the re-cap of the plan of care. It helps to reinforce what all was going on what to expect…and even how much time results could take to come back. I was very pleased with the visit from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and inviting. I even saw one of the front desk ladies helping a couple that had difficulty checking in via the ipad. I highly recommend this team/clinic for you derm needs!

Very good, diagnosed my condition in a very short time. Didn't have to wait all day to been seen.

Horrible! I had been having trouble with my skin with breakouts and dark marks and I tried this place because of the reviews and it was closer to my house, my experience was horrible. The doctor came in and he set near the door. He barley cracked a smile. He didn’t observe my face or even seem concerned he just prescribed me some pills and gave a sample bag of items and he left. I would say for a 145.00 visit I was only in his office for 5 minutes. I will never return here or advise anyone to come here.

Everyone at the office is polite and friendly. They work with you to make sure they have the most effective way to keep your costs low.

GREAT Experience! Employees were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Dr got down to business as soon as he walked in! I have 35% hearing loss, they treated me like a human! Most places just think you don't understand, they don't realize you can't hear and so called "technology - hearing aids.leave a lot to be desired".

The staff and doctors were really nice and friendly. My concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this United Dermatology Associates.

I saw Brian the PA and he is great. He does not make you feel rushed during your appointment and is very thorough. They are very prompt and you hardly wait before being seen. The staff is quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Came in for a biopsy of growth on wrist. Cat was so sweet and kind and Jason the PA, well what can I say. GO DAWGS SICK EM. He was so kind and personable. Can't say or thank y'all enough.front office staff was so nice and efficient.

Lisa is just amazing and so knowledgeable. I left feeling like I had been listened to, no rush and was provided the help and medication I needed to improve my health. So very pleased with the help I received.

Dr Cook and staff very nice and took their time giving us explanation of procedure, after care, and answering our questions. We are a family of long time patients of United Dermatology Associates. They are the best in town.
