We got a great deal on our mortgage, so 5 stars for that.the savings account pay minimal interest, so i bank elsewhere.

AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS! Go to another branch.
The "Sr. " teller and her associate spent 15 minutes telling me they couldn't do something any longer that the two just ended up doing after all (hmmm. I had been getting that thing done for the last year @ UHCU). The energy they spent explaining a change in processes was a complete waste of my time. It really felt like they just wanted to be "right" rather than help me.

I think they need to review what customer service is about. If UHCU Mopac's goal is to upset customers and prevent them from wanting to go back to that location.then they did a stellar job!

UPDATE 05/04/23: 2 other managers at 2 other separate locations confirmed they had never heard of the Sr.teller's reason for spending my time and arguing with me. She and her associate ought to realize I don't have to keep my money at UHCU and being in the "right" about something that isn't company policy shouldn't usurp better judgement to help.

I’ve been to most of the branches, and even though I can only say that I’ve ever had like 1 bad experience at any of the branches, I must say that the people that work at this location are exceedingly nice. For any reason that I have to go here, whoever helps me does a good job and is usually very polite, we’ll exchange jokes, strike up a conversation, whatever, I always have a good experience here.

I’m specifically writing this review because of my experience the other day. I needed to get a money order to pay my rent, I was really frustrated and I was in a hurry. The lady that helped me was so polite, was very quick, and took the time to tell me that a cashiers check would be better suited for the situation. I left feeling much less stressed, and it really made a huge difference in how the entire situation affected me.

Liars, shysters and manipulators! No accountability in the loan department at all. Had been a good lender in the past, but now can't be trusted. Take your business elsewhere.
