I wouldn't recommend this job to no one. They don't communicate. They lie about everything. And when I left them they cut my paycheck from 14.00 to 7.25. If there were a negative sign they would get a negative 100.

Wow looks like a dodged a bullet, reading these reviews.my issue was, I applied and interviewed for a specific placement.upon interview I was informed they weren’t sure when it would start due to covid.why post the position on a website then? However, I was offered a number of other positions with hours I was not seeking.they do have the positions. I was just disappointed

No direct deposit. Pays on mondays. Shady acting staff. After working here for 2 months im glad i quit.

Company won't pay you for orientation, they work people illegally meaning with or without lvl2 license, and they make you rent your uniform for 40 each check. Don't send help if you get in trouble

The skills assessment test required to apply to this company was a bit much. In my opinion, the rate of pay offered for most security jobs is down right insulting. I feel if a company requires such high expectations or it's guards, the rate of pay should match.

This type of company doesn’t care about its workers.they are going to work them until they can’t any more, and good luck trying to take time off for anything. Even when you are a good worker they don’t appreciate you and will throw you away once they are done with you. They are a revolving door when it comes to employment, and are not paying nearly enough in my opinion to be asking so much of their employees. Would not work there ever again.

Went to interview Brent (last name unknown) was very unprofessional because I was asking the front desk clerk about the lie he told about the commute to Dallas from Arlington do not apply with this company

They're alright except for the tie thing or must wear a tie at work. I don't understand that, I guess it just goes to show that they're very committed to being the best or trying to be.

They cannot keep employees, they mess up your paychecks, Brent is one of the operation managers and he doesn’t answer his phone when it’s an emergency or a simple post question. They send you out to post without post orders and expect you to just automatically know what to do. This company is stagnant and in the process of bankruptcy!

This company is completely horrible. The turnover rate is so high they hire anyone with a pulse. Management is non-existent. They promise a yearly bonus that you'll never see. They work guards over 16 hour days and demand you stay on post. They constantly mess up paychecks. They act like they're a top notch company but the reailty is that they are a laughable joke. My advice is get a real job and avoid this place.

I call it like it is. I understand no job treats you like your mom, but don't smile in my face and be mr tuff guy on the phone. If I don't like a post because of too many chiefs because they been their longer, that's not how I work. I listen to the supervisors and as far as the employee with seniority, he should learn to do more than kiss azz, but we have people like that and it's cool, but I'm not gonna kiss azz so it mk me look like the bad cocky guy. To wrap it up in a nutshell, I didn't want to go back another day, but you tell me to finish the week out, if I would've went back I would've got fired for assault, so instead of moving me to another post, I told him I would not be able to work there and he told me I was firedglad he's not a cop, his lame attitudes is why it's a certain group of kids getting killed, but he kept my check and I kept the new bomber jacket, oh I took off the patches and I love the new black pants. I only worked 2days for the curious minds. Don't let these fake security companies win, them uniforms cost so be creative and tk the zipper off, buttons, and ink out the collars.pay back a bih fuccn wit me Bigg homlz. I wish have read the reviews of the actual employees before I went in for interview. Filled out an application a day before stating my availability for work and yet at the time of interview I was told that all the shifts they have I suppose to work weekend, it was a lie you just fired me at the first sight making up lies, their assessment test specifically the second one was a lot of math and critical thinking and not enough time to think, so I knew I failed it because of the timed time, is JUST a security job not a NASA position, you will never know who I am until you put me to work dear hiring manager.

This place is very unprofessional. It seems like there is no order at all. I worked there for a few days and end of quitting because they didn't uphold to what they said before I started. They told me there would be water and walkie talkies at the site I was going to be at. Of course got there and it was none of those things. Also explained my concern for my safety at the site to my supervisor and no one was really concerned on how I felt even the manger of the site. This whole job just made me feel very uncomfortable and I didnt really feel like they cared and an employer you suppose to show your employees you care about them but this company failed at that miserably. They also try to make you take hours that you didn't agree to and keep trying to throw overtime on you. If you thinking about working for this company just be aware.

Why is there no kind of professional on-site managers? Its one site manager that be late, he be smelling like he haven't washed his uniform in months, and be leaving post when you suppose to remain on property. We can't get direct deposit and no vacation pay. High pay for uniform rental. I do not and I repeat I do not recommend this company at all. They do not know how to communicate all that good, by that I mean they send somewhere to get train and when u get there the person tells u that they didn't know they have to train u. I am a great worker but it don't get acknowledge for it and some others. The account managers and FTO's are the only ones I can say that give me more respect.

They deduct 15 bucks outta each check for uniforms, they hire everyone in as a supervisor so u never Know who to listen to for post orders. This company has been around for ages but they run it like the Jetsons, and NO THEY DO NOT HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT.
