I used United RV Parts to order a couple of things that I needed. I did not pay attention closely enough and ended up with the wrong product when it arrived. It happened to be after hours, as I was in California, but I left a text message, hoping to get a response when the folks at United RV came back to work. I was shocked when I received a text letting me know they would handle my issue as soon as they got to work the next day. And sure enough, Franky Ramirez contacted me as he said that he would. He walked me through my return, and helped me get the correct product. I can’t say enough positive things about Franky and the team of people who work with him to get things done right. You can absolutely tell that he and they care about their customers experience! Thank you Franky Ramirez!

We have a Jayco 33 that had no hot water heater in it contacted United. Dillon was very helpful over the phone on getting me the right water heater for my Jayco. The turnaround time for me receiving my water heater was incredible. Thank you so very much Dillon and the staff at United RV

We had been without a heater for several months waiting on a dealer to repair. Finally we found one online at united Rv center, Frankie helped me personally and made sure it was shipped out same day for next day delivery. It all went perfect we got our heater and greatly appreciate the awesome customer service from this fine gentleman. Been pretty cold in our camper for to long. Thank you for everything

OUTSTANDING customer service. Charles Lansdon our Service Advisor was amazing and truly a "breath of fresh air" in today's RV Dealership Service Departments. I had contacted at least four other RV Dealerships in the DFW area for parts and installation and was being treated as if I was a bother to them. Charles and the team at United RV's response, communication, and service was absolutely TOP NOTCH. I highly recommend United RV for RV Service needs.

Jim and his staff are excellent in the shop and parts. Very fair and honest up front. Helpful beyond any other RV company I’ve ever dealt with. Jim will help you at any time, day or night with any issue you have while out on the road. I recommend United RV to everyone!

Just wanted to add to this post. This week with the absolutely crazy weather we had here in Texas, I was in need of a generator. Jim posted if anyone was in need, he would meet them at URV to purchase one. I met Jim about 8pm and purchased a new Cummins Onan Generator. I did have an issue getting it to start, and without hesitation Jim told me to come swap it out. I did and the next one fired right up. First class all the way around. Again, no other dealership compares that I have personally been to. Thank you Jim and URV!

Called several times over the recent holidays, after hours, weekends, and holiday, they were wonderful to work with. Extremely prompt call backs, and very knowledgable. Their prices were the same or beat all others.
Due to cold and rain, along with busy-ness, we haven't had a chance to install anything yet, but these people are definitely my go-to guys for RV!

Took my 2015 Keystone couger TT in for some roof repair and a clean and condition. Had the ultimate pleasure to work with service writer Charles Lansdon. He was AMAZING. Very professional, informative and helpful. Answered all my questions, kept me updated via text on the progress of my repairs and progress. Charles suggested some additional repairs that was very much needed but had to pass on those due to financial reasons. I will continue to use United and Charles for any future repairs if needed. Highly recommend United and Charles.

Over the top customer service. Always helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable group. Always see the same people there. Must have a very low turn over rate unlike these huge chain dealerships.

Kevin was great he went above and beyond to condense our orders onto the new site so we could get all our reward points.

I have never been more disappointed with a company and their representatives than I am with United RV Center. I placed an online order for a part to fix my RV furnace. I chose "next day air" as I needed the part asap and paid $78.88 for the overnight shipping. The part was then shipped USPS Priority Express. This takes 2 days and would only cost around $20 for the small circuit board.
I called to inquire on why it was not shipped overnight and was screamed at by the owner. He screamed at me at the top of his lungs like a crazy person and then proceeded to try to explain to me that "all eCommerce companies make a profit from shipping charges". Once I finally ended the call, he called me back and threaten to cancel the order and have "it turned around" because I was unhappy with the service. This was unbelievable.
I am shocked and appalled by the way this man spoke to me.

Have been using United RV for my business needs over all of 2023. Have always had great customer service, help when needed, and timely manner when shipping items to my business. I have also done numerous will-call orders and picked up straight from the warehouse. Any issues that arrived was informed to me within the first hour. Orders typically ready within 2-3 hours. Going to continue using United RV for my business needs.

Franky Ramirez, in Parts, was very helpful. We had a problem with the payment going through. He took care of the situation, and then called back to confirm payment and that the part would be shipped out the same day. Couldn't ask for better service! 10 stars in my book! Will definitely be back.

I called to make an appointment to bring the TT in for repair and maintenance. I was surprised when they said today or tomorrow! We gave Matthew Husband a list of items to check out. He was very responsive, sent frequent updates on the status and always asked for authorization when work was needed but not on our original list. All of this was done in less than a week!

Tom Richey responded promptly with complete answer to my question.
