4Wow. Installer connected the release pipe to the air valve on one of my storage containers. Has the audacity to charge me for two cleaning services a week when they never even hooked one up.
Very bad service and I dialed 2 times and they never answer me in English or Spanish I need several and I have not been able to contact them
On several occasions they have not serviced for 2 weeks at a time, like now. You have to call and explain several times and still wait additional time for them to respond - and this is IF they do. What’s worse is that they can skip your cleaning and not even consider credit until the week is done, but they are quick to charge you - that never fails.
Just an update a year later. Still can’t keep up with their schedules and still expects to get paid for No services done. Rude customer service.
I'm extremely grateful to United Site Services. In the past, we had some issues with getting units serviced or getting additional units for events. That is a thing of the past. Our units are now serviced regularly. Additional units are dropped off on time, & the men who come out to service the units reach out if they aren't sure where to drop our event potties. Customer service goes above & beyond to meet every need. I highly recommend USS.
