My package was being held due to the customer's request. I never made such a request. I've called the USPS 3 times trying to get this package. They state they will find out what is going on and they will contact me. Its been a month since It was suppose to be delivered. I just want to a refund at this point.

Po box area isn't open like they advertise. You will not be able to get your mail outside store hrs!

Grateful it was open at 2pm on a Saturday since most others were already closed. But I got there at 1 pm and stood in line forever and didn’t leave until 2: 36pm. Either processes and systems were inefficient or location was understaffed. Either way, poor management. COVID or not, no excuse.

Wow literally the worst post office Ive been to. Slow, rude, and condescending to everyone that walks through the door.

I wanted to thank the kind people at this USPS location. As a millennial (barely) I am less than familiar with shipping items. I take for granted what Amazon does for me throughout the year. I really appreciated the patience of "clerk 21" She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped me send a hard drive back for a cloud storage service, go figure mid to late 2000 technology service model dependent on a 1792 institution.

I love my local post office location here at s congress. The employees look overburdened by the amount of things to do (especially like now at Christmas) ; that said, they are friendly, helpful and professional. Lines are sometimes long here, but they often have someone walking in the lobby offering to help customers prepare forms, answer questions or direct one to faster service. I may have had a few complaints over the decades going here, but they are miniscule compared to the positive experiences I have had with them helping me get the job done.

Had my tracking number and needed assistance finding my package. The gentleman that was assisting me made me step out of line and CALL customer service for assistance. Seriously? Avoid this place if you can, unhelpful and seriously lacking quality assistance.

Very busy location, which wasn’t too big a deal but the line was long; after the wait, the clerk had to get manager for our query. The manager refused to help us and refused even to look for the package. Pretty weird. I guess I will meet her in hell.

Awful, unprofessional, lack of leadership and ZERO accountability. For years my mail has been sent back to the people/companies that sent it to me marked that I no longer live at my home address (the home that I own). I recently PAID for premium mail forwarding and NOTHING was done for months. They actually laughed about it when they finally returned one of my several phone calls. The entire leadership staff needs to be wiped out and replaced with people who care and take pride in what they do as attitude reflects leadership.

I have had only good, efficient and courteous treatment from the USPS at Austin south congress, Round Rock, and in Boston. I love the USPS, that we have it and I can trust it to send my packages.

I like this post office staff. It’s a busy one so expect to spend some time in line. Not very long.
The staff is calm and knowledgeable. It’s my favorite one of the three nearest me.

It's like they go out of their way to be a terrible as possible. Zero help locating my package and their website was no help either. Better to just go to Fedex or UPS

I've been here three times in the last three months and each time has been a delight, especially compared to the other post offices in the area. Thank you for running efficiently!

Just FYI the lobby is closed, however, they have a large banner that says Lobby is open 24/7. Feel bad for the people that rent mailboxes there. I just wanted to purchase stamps from the machine in the lobby. I guess they don’t need money.

Worst customer service out of any post office over ever been to. This place is terrible. Count on spending at least 20 minutes here to get any simple thing done. Good luck picking up a package as their department is garbage and the employees probably don’t have a high school education.

DO NOT GO HERE! Wish I could give them no stars. I have had too many bad encounters here that will make me go the extra mile to avoid this place. They also do not have a 24/7 lobby anymore, so one cannot use self serve to avoid these uneducated folk they call workers. Employees are complete rude and in no way helpful. Had one particular incident where the lady said "If you can't hear right, then I won't help you. " First, I did not have my hearing aids on me. Second, the lady in question mumbles. Third, statements along those line are ADA violations. Reported, reported, reported!

Since this post office opened, we have had a business post office box at this location. Since 1986, our company has received an invoice for the renewal each year for the post office box. Since Vanya Johnson has become manager at the Congress station, she has decided that being courteous to the box holders is no longer required and has ceased to send out invoices for annual box renewals. No reminder, no signs posting, no warning.she just closed down our post office box and put us out of business, single handedly! What a stab in the back! Thanks Ms Vanya Johnson for keeping us from paying our bills! Such a JERK.and that's after you have to wade through the trash outside and the homeless panhandling in front. There is also human fecal waste that has been in the parking lot for over 2 months now! GROSS! There should be NO STARS! ~

There is a OLD lady that works here, & is very rude to you if the transaction isn’t easy enough for her! She’ll just shoo you away to the next employer, and if ur dealing with money orders she WILL NOT issue a new one if you need it, she will tell you no we can’t do that just cross out what you wrote! Smh how do y’all have this old lady working for y’all and she’s telling customers Wrong information! So anyone that HAS to come to this post office try and find Eddie he’s very professional unlike the old lady with the glasses she’s lucky I didn’t get her name
