This is my local post office and I often have packages to pick up. Although extremely friendly and efficiently quick at the retail counter the Dutch door package pick up is ridiculously slow and not so friendly. There is no good reason that it should take 30-45 minutes in a line of three people to get a package.

Aaron delivers the mail to my office everyday. He is very kind and brings a positive attitude. Very reliable taking mail and dropping off!

Even small packages that fit in the mailbox does not get delivered.we need to go to the post office to pick it up. The wait is minimum 10-15min if there are 3-4 people in front of you as that is the amount of time it takes for them to go in and bring your package.

I have informed delivery setup and I have noticed at least 2 mails were not delivered or went missing in the last 3.5 months. One of them was a very important document and I now need to go through the whole process of refiling again.

Stop losing my Packages.if the hand-off for my deliveries is the USPS i do not get them. I'm pretty sure the people are either stealing them or are too lazy to deliver them and won't deliver them.

The worst Post Office I have ever dealt with in last 30 years. USPS took the job to deliver two 32 lb boxes from Amazon (I bought two small storage cabinets) and Plano (75024 office) USPS people would find any lying excuses (like delivery location was not accessible (although community gate open all day long), and after I have made second delivery request for specific date- I have found a note in mailbox: Items are oversized, customer will need to pick them up at Post office! Is 33x24x12” and 32 lb Oversized? They just unresponsible lazy government workers! And inside the Post office, I asked for supervisor- but she would not come out and talk to me! I would give them a big 0 score, but it’s not available.

Priority mail package wasn’t delivered today. I didn’t receive any notice on my door and I was home all day waiting. They claim at 1: 16 on they tried to deliver but I was here at my house for like everyday for months now haha.

Aaron Perkins is the best mail courier we have ever had. His attention to detail, drive to go above and beyond, and passion for customer service is amazing. We work in an apartment community office and he handles mail for almost 500 residents here, but somehow memorizes all of their names, tracks move ins and move outs, is so kind to all residents and staff members. We love him. The world needs more Aaron’s.

Why does this place only employ like 3 people? I hope the Post Office goes under so packages will only be delivered by UPS or FedEx. This organization is so outdated and unneeded.

I do not understand what is wrong with the USPS. I either never receive my packages because apparently living in an apartment complex makes delivery of packages too complicated or when I do they are beaten up, half opened and in terrible condition. I recently had a package not delivered to me, I opened a case, I received a call 24 hours later telling me that they weren’t responsible, they couldn’t do anything and they say they left it at the mailbox so someone else in the complex took it and that was all they could do. SUPER helpful and full of customer service. SO happy I took the steps of filling out a claim form. What a joke of mail service. I’m just thankful to have UPS and Amazon delivery.

Today 01/27 i went to drop a package in USPS. The Manager is very rude and treat u like she owns that post office. She really upset me a lot and wasted my time. Will definitely avoid this place.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. For one I paid extra to get my package early because I’m going on vacation, which they postponed an additional three days. Waited all day for my package on Saturday to be delivered. They never told me they were at my place or that it was delivered. I checked the mail periodically throughout the day to find a note saying it couldn’t be delivered in my box when WE HAVE A MAIL ROOM RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. Now I’m being told I’ll have to wait an additional two days to get it (while I’m on vacation) I wish I could rate this place 0 stars

I had two passport appointments for my children at 2: 30 pm on Thursday January 2nd we were there from 1: 45 pm we waited until 4: 50pm, my wife and my son went back home because they were very tired our home is close to the post office, post office asked your wife should be here. I called to my wife she came back at 5: 02 pm but officer at 5: 00 told you need to reschedule and his supervisor came and said you need to reschedule and closed the office and when my wife came just 1 minute had delay they didn't answer us, if they worked fast and we could visit him on time we hadn't have this problem, but supervisor couldn't understand that, I will reschedule but isn't fair I'm not happy to be back. Very Rude service.
I already had purchased shipping label online and printed it. I went there and purchased a envelope and asked to tape a printed and paid label but this girl rudely told me buy the whole role which was about $4 dollars.
Really? Thats like daylight robbery.
I drove down to ups in legacy purchased shipping label and they retaps the packaging all over & was cheaper.

In conclusion it, s about how people-treat Cusomer not always the money, if she was polite and said USPS doesnt allow us to do that, sorry for inconvience, i would not reall mind.

Aaron Perkins is our currier at the apartment community were I work and I can honestly say by far he's the best currier I've work with. He's professional, polite and pays such attention to detail, he knows our residents names and apartment numbers, it's impressive. I hope I spelled his name correctly.

By far the most worst postal service ever they need to fire everyone working there i have been waiting just to get mail to my box for 2 mths i have been asking them where is my mail going and nobody knows where its going the so called SUPERVISOR KELLEY IS TERRIBLE AND DONT KNOW NOTHING UNTIL RIGHT NOW I AM NOT EVEN GETTING A LIGHT BILL
