They keep loosing packages, they are being rude. Let your manager know if you don't want to work there and there will be people who are willing to work there. (JOE B. I HAVE CALLED 20 TIMES AND NO ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE YOU REALLY SHOULD DO YOUR BEST AND TELL THOSE LADIES IN THE FRONT TO DO THEIR JOB AND BE POLITE TO THE PEOPLE.)

VERY RUDE. I went to pick up a box for my boss and the lady talked to me as if I was incorrect and there was no package. Then was making me walk back and forth to each end of the desk to follow her, saying “ lady come here”. A very unprofessional lady and with zero manners. Only to find out my box was there.

Wow this place is the worst, came to pick up a mail and they didn't give it to me cuz ot was on my husband's name and 20 minutes later he came but not body knew where the package was, they Los it and i need those documents for "right now" such a irresponsible people they have working over there.

The delivery driver stated that he delivered 4 packages to my home today. The problem is, that he did not. Over $200.00 is some where but not at my home. The delivery drive lied and either kept the merchandise from amazon, or gave it to someone else, or sold it for cash, but I never got it. The customer service people are also of no assistance since they have no way of contacting the local office immediately to have the driver state where he left it.

Tried to cash a us postal money order that didn’t have name on pay to line but had my brother in laws name on For line. Wouldn’t cash it even if I wrote my name on it. She was acting like I was doing something wrong or if I had stole it. Lady’s name was Melinda, overweight lady that was not professional!

I sent two letters with them (one domestic and the other one international). When I got home, I noticed they had charged me as if both where sent internationally.

In the past 2 days I’ve had 2 packages marked as delivered totaling over $500 that are no where to be found. After calling about 10 times I FINALLY got in touch with someone who basically told me it’s not their problem. The carrier should be fired!

Called about a package that was supposedly delivered to the office at my apartment complex, but the office was closed, and locked.therefore couldn’t have been delivered there. They got an attitude and refuse to tell me anything regarding the location of my package.worthless customer service!

Most unorganized place I've ever had to deal with. Took my mail box keys in because the lock was not working. Told me it would be the next day because that's when they are redoing the locks. Great. 3 weeks later after many calls and having to go pick up my mail and having a NEW lock on the mailbox for over a week, still somehow no keys still.makes sense.

Very poor service, we rented a place in the silver dollar and they refused to give us a post office box. Said they dont rent P O boxes to snow birds. Had all kinds of trouble trying to get are mail at the rental address. Went back to Michigan for the summer and asked the mailman for the form to forward mail. He said we dont forward anything we just throw it away! Moved to New Port Richey and filled out mail forwarding form, have not received any mail forwarded. They lost my 1099 from SSI and now I have to dely my tax return. The dark haired woman who works at the counter is very rude. They lost some of my wife's mail and she went to talk to her. She said I cant keep up with all you snow birds mail! Maybe she should get a job she can handle like Walmart.

Where the heck has this been for 13-1/2 months?

Received a piece of mail today (11/11/19) directed to another person to our 52 St PO Box for the FIFTH time over 3 months. A new dates not has been added each time. If it comes back again I will take it to the Post Master.

It is shocking to me how many pieces of mail are put in the wrong box.
Almost every morning I receive misdirected mail and/or find pieces stuck in the box doors by others trying to get it to the correct place.
Makes me wonder how many pieces of mail are lost that were intended for me or sent by me.
I use UPS or FedEx whenever possible.

OH! If you get mail that was supposed to go to me, mark it misdirected, and put it in the mail slot.

A 45 min to 1.15 min wait!? I'm sure someone can figure out a way to be a bit more efficient. There's no a whole lot that I'll say. I'm pretty sure you all know it's horrible.

Worse customer service they are rude and can't ever help me at all they have lost 2 of my packages and they have sent back 4 of my packaen there 4 different times for them to tell me that they will call back when they find my package and they never do they dont care and they will give u bs excuses just so you can leave the building ive been on hold for over an hour on the phone and no answer I am ver upset this is not professional at all
Can't rely on them at all

You win an award for least organized and least efficient everything! Thanks for constantly screwing up my mail! And to make it better there is only a 1-800 number with a 45 min wait to discuss issues. Government at its finest!

Had our mail forwarded.effective date 10 days out (as recommended). Mail has been arriving no problem. PACKAGES ARE IN LIMBO. When I track them it says “forwarded”. WHY? ! We are missing 10 packages now. This shouldn’t be so difficult. They haven’t been delivered to our new house and have not been delivered to the house we are leaving. Over an hour hold time when I have called. This is why no one uses the USPS anymore! UPS and Fedex only from now on.

I’m not even sure how Odessa post office ended up in our life with our package when we live in Midland. But okay things happen. Now they have been holding it for a week now the problem is I paid for one day shipping. I have yet to find a post office in this area that does their jobs right and care.

Never get your mail, receive other people’s mail that is addressed to houses blocks away, packages come up missing.say delivered when tracked but never actually hit your mail box. Bad customer service when asked about packages that never arrive.
