People are OK but lines can be long, very long. They managed to lose a laptop I ordered. The delivery service said they left it at the post office, the post office denies they got it and without a USPS tracking number they refuse to look for it.
Poor Service The mailman will deliver packages based on last name or a house number instead of using the full mailing addresses. There are 4 houses (maybe more) in my neighborhood with the same house number.it's a lucky guess who gets who's package. There's also at least one neighbor with the same last name as ours so, we very rarely get our own and have to wait until someone else shows up at our house with our package.
Worst customer service ever. I didn't have any tape and didn't want to buy a whole roll of tape to tape my label down to my box. The guy at the counter wouldn't do it for me with his tape. If I ever have to ship something I will never use usps again.
I have gone to around hundred of USPS after living in 10 cities in 4 states. The people working here is the best. They are super friendly and helpful. Thank you for providing such great service.
Probably the most efficient customer service I’ve ever experienced from USPS. They seem to care about every problem that come their way.
So the post office it self is good it's the postman on the delivery of my mail that's horrible. I keep getting the apartments mail and I know they keep getting my mail. It's like the person that is doing the delivery is having a hard time distinguishing between what a apartment address looks like and a house address. I have not received some very important mail and I know it is because of the mailman. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
Truly the best post office i have ever encountered. It is the people who work there that make it special. Never rude or abrupt, but always friendly and helpful regardless of circumstances. If the line gets long on occasion, they are appreciative of customers waiting for their turn, and apologetic for the wait. The postal employees at the Wylie office are also knowledgeable and efficient. They never complain, always scan my packages at the counter, and act as if they are happy to be there. The stand-outs are Lori, David and Todd, but all of them deserve recognition for the atmosphere of professionalism and friendliness. Other post offices could learn a thing or two from this well-run example, where customer service obviously comes first.
I have the best mailperson ever. I have watched him for over a year while I am working from home, and he always goes above and beyond. That little extra effort is so appreciated. Keep up the good work - we appreciate you!
I just moved here and drop off packages almost everyday. I’m being greeted with positive energy and happy faces everytime by every employee and especially Todd.

Been waiting for my package for 3 months I ordered it 11-1-2020 it arrived in wylie on the 27th and for some reason they sent it to Illinois and now its in Chicago after it already showed up in town, usps is the worst.
August 1st - Delivered my customer’s package to the wrong house! Can’t get in touch with an actual person on the phone and after filing a report online.all that is done is an email sent to the recipient, informing her that they will improve the service in her area. So stressful for both sides, and a very bad first impression for my business!

No matter what, the monopoly it has in conjunction with junk mail/information selling earns USPS 0 stars until the day it shuts down. My business goes anywhere else I can take it.
Tried to mail a live squirrel, but they refused to take it. I don't know why they didn't take it, as it was only an infant. 2 stars, but decent.
I have used USPS since 2015 with no issues for shipping needs. I recently had dropped off two packages in the blue collection box on 6/17 at night and I kept checking to make sure it was delivered. Two weeks passed and I reached out to my customers and they never received my packages. USPS said it never received the item. I had to re-ship the same item with priority mail and instead of dropping it off at the collection box, I go inside now to drop it off on the counter. I’ll never know where those original packages went and just wasted my money. Never ever had issues before and I’m very disappointed.
