The black older lady is very rude and impolite. It is a shame the Post office HR people remove her after seeing so many bad complaints.

The employee here was very quick and knowledgeable. Was in and out within 5 minutes.

Be aware that this post office is inside the federal courthouse building. That means going through what can be long security lines. Post office itself doesn't seem that busy though.
