United States Postal Service reviews
19Absolute Worst customer service. Passport renewal was at 1: 45 and I waited until 3: 00 for help. No one came to assist us so we just left. Appointment is useless
Today The office was closed for no reason there is no federal holiday or any occasion how they can close federal public service without reason
Waited all day at home for a important package. Repeatedly checking the front door. Found this in my MAILBOX! Now I wasted an entire day waiting to sign for this package and I still have to spend 40mins driving to pick it up because the mail person did non spend the 5mins it would take to actually drive to my house from the mailbox and get my signature. Why even get a packed delivered to a house without the mailbox directly in front of it, if this us how the usps workers treat you?
Scheduled a passport photo appointment at 4: 30. To my surprise, they ran out of printing fluid. So the lady tells me to go to the CVS or Walgreens to take my photo and by the time I get back their closed. Why even tell me to go get another photo taken somewhere else knowing you guys close half an hour later.
Worst post office, the shoots to drop mail and packages is broken, it’s dirty, doesn’t have handles to open or close.
Can’t believe we taxpayers are paying for this horrible post office.
I had a passport appointment at 11703 Beechnut St, Houston, TX 77072 at 11: 30 am. I arrived 15 minutes early as said in the email confirmation. I got in line, once it was my turn. I said “I’m here for my passport appointment” and another employee shouted out “I DON’T HAVE ANYONE FOR 11: 30” but the lady who I associated with “what’s your last name” and then that same lady shouted “OHHH OKAY I SEE -” like she didn’t have to say my first name like that when my first name isn’t even hard to pronounce so she said my name wrong on purpose and the next employer said “you need to go to walgreen for the photo” I was confused as to why? I scheduled passport and photo taken. And they said they ran out of film. They could’ve informed me before my arrival. It’s a Saturday. This location closes at 12 and my appointment is at 11: 30. And the same shouting lady was like “yea you need to go out to get your photo” so I cut her off mid sentence I said “yea I get it! ” I left and didn’t came back. I was annoyed and irritated I wasn’t inform about the photo beforehand or else I could’ve come more prepared and felt racist hate for mispronouncing my name and definitely lack of respect.
I had a passport appt today. The young lady in front of me had been waiting for over an hour after her designated appt time. When The postal worker finally came out for us the lady in front of me stated she's been waiting for over an hour. Instead of apologizing the postal worker stated, " I gotta take a lunch don't I? " She then told us it's only one person that handles passports; in a rude manner. No customer service! What could have been said was, "Ma'am I apologize about this inconvenience, I'll try to get you out of here as quickly as possible. " No one needs the attitude. Your lunch should have been factored into the appointments for the day ma'am! I ended up leaving without having my appointment. 1 1/2 hours after waiting I was still not called back. Ridiculous!
Need new Postmaster and Better Management.
I’m updating, they still need a new postmaster and better Management! Someone finally called me back, Thank you. Updated from a one star to a three star.
Bad experience. Bad service. There are an African American lady with really short short hair who is rude, mean and bad behavior. The way she talked with customers is very rude and made everyone over there was mad
The outdoor collection bin was removed months ago & was never replaced. Now, both of the bins next to the self service kiosk are broken. I try to avoid the counter bc the attendants are usually rude.
I don’t mean to trash talk I’m just trying to help future possible customers. Please go somewhere, staff is very rude and they won’t do much to help. I understand they’re busy but… They could do better, much better. Drive a little more, pay a little more but you’ll have a chance of getting a better treatment and customer service. I don’t think its USPS, its just this location: (sorry.
Not sure about some of these reviewers but I had exceptional service! I was helped by Kay…. That woman needs a raise.
This is place is terrible rude employees there and even they loss the letters …. Don’t loose your time and get doble work don’t visit these place
I have live in my house for 15 years and there always loosing my mail I have a neighbor a block away with same house number but not same street name and my mail goes to them and they have to bring to me because the mail carrier is not reading the address correctly I have lost many things I am tiered they need to get it right. I am writing a letter of concern and will present my self at post office for the 100th time.
If there is an option for 0 i would do that, people are very rude and slow, the enjoy seeing others waiting in lines, it took me about 45 minutes to get my mail through the quick service door, the manager needs to be fired and the staff personnel as well
If you come to this location make sure you come with extra time in hand, you will not be in and out. I went in and they only had 1 person in the front counter helping everyone (she was doing the best she could) while there was different employees walking all and the back looking at how busy it was and not doing anything.
Rude staff! Why work where you don't wanna be and make everyone miserable? Geez with 2 employees you might as well shut the place down cause no one wants to go here. To the lady with the braids, I'll pray for you.
Long line, but loves fairly quickly. The staff were accommodating to what I wanted, even if their attitude was a bit sassy, I didn't feel like it was out of rudeness, but more as if it was just a part of their personality. My biggest recommendation to I'd you visit the post office is to bring your own pen, it's very difficult to find one there.
I keep calling about my children checks that came into my mailbox that was sunt on the 7th they keep telling they haven't received nothing but yet and still I haven't received anything
