Atleast 1 out of 3 items will get lost.they send some girl that lays down in the uses van and behaves weirdly in front of our mail boxes.she will literally go in the back of the mail van and lay down and you can hear her talking inside the van with her feet hanging out.

This post office has the feel of a small-town post office, where the employees know the customers and greet them by name. The ladies who are typically at the front desk are wonderful!

At Christmas time, they even set up a cute red mailbox for kids to place their letters to Santa!

They definitely go above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service!

The drivers are terrible! Today in less than a 10 minute time frame one ran the stop sign in front of me and another was in such a hurry for me to get out of their way at the mailboxes I thought we were gonna hook bumpers!

Quick, professional, and personable. What one would expect of the USPS, in spite of their devastated budget.

I was in the building right at 11am. The plastic curtain was already closed. We seen a lady exit from inside. They wouldn't even help a few of us waiting. If so, at least request an outside postal machine where we can buy stamps or packaging prices from. So we can mail off our packages. This isn't the first time this place lacks customer service. Their are 3 to 4 workers here today. I understand if they were under staffed and they needed to turn away customers. Their solution was for us to drive to Buda. Are they going to pay for our gas to do so? SMH

Not a good practice to let people skip in line, guys come on. Younger girl working the front was a cow.

The Postal Service is trying to push folks to do more "self service" where you pack and label your stuff at home and bring it to the post office. What I find is very ironically is there are not any self service machines to buy postal to ship letters or packages. If the post office is pushing folks to do everything at home, why do you not have the option to buy postage without having to sit in line? I know I can print postage at home, but there are times I have to "wing" it by estimating the total weight of a package. It would be nice if I can swing by, buy postal either from a vending machine or kiosk, weigh and mail my things without having to do it by getting in line. Keep in mind, I used to run a post office on board a Navy vessel. I know how the post office works. You would think they would improve their workflows to make it easy for patrons. They do not and force people to seek out other means such as Fedex or UPS.

I come to this Post Office over the one in the city I live in! They are kind, friendly, helpful, and courteous. They always make me smile, know my face and seem happy while working. My packages dropped off in the morning are almost Always tracking by 5pm the same day. I couldn't ask for more from this post office. They're wonderful in my opinion

I get notifications and images of what is coming to my mailbox daily. What actually gets delivered is another story. I receive delivery confirmations that items were delivered to/in my mailbox. And a couple days later a neighbor brings what they feel like is important to me. I have had lost DL/ID cards, lost packages, even get images of mail that belongs to other people.and they wont fix this problem. Why are yall like this? We just want our mail.for 2 years it been like this. It's not like its just a fluke.

EDDIE! Talk about "above and beyond", Eddie is one of the bright shining stars at our little post office. I called with a question and not only did Eddie answer the question, he brainstormed my whole dilema, came up with a solution and personally made it happen. This is the epitome of "small town community" and doing what it takes for your neighborhood. I'm so grateful that we still have that "neighborly spirit" here in Kyle. Thanks so much Eddie, you're awesome!

Lately I can't find my letters in my mailbox, there are several times when I wait for a letter and the postman makes the wrong address as well as some packages. That it happens once is fine we all make mistakes but more than two times I have to go to neighbors in search of my correspondence

With out my authorization, FIRST THEY SAID ATTEMP TO DELIVERY WISH NEVER HAPPENING OR STOP BY OUR HOUSE, I HAVE OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS? THEY SAID AT CUSTOMER REQUEST HOLDIND PACKAGE TODAY? AND I NEVER CALL OR EMAIL TO ASK FOR HOLDIND MY PACKAGE TODAY? WHO AUTORIZE THAT?
