Not impressed so far. Bought property on a state highway. The state puts up the mailbox where they say it should be. Now the post office is stating that it needs to moved across the highway? David made it clear that the carrier doesn't drive on that side of the road. He also made it clear that my families safety was less important than his driver's. Having to cross a state highway can be hazardous to ones health. He also made it clear that they had the power

Unacceptable to have a $600 iPad delivered like this! Normally our mail lady brings our bigger packages to our front door! I called them and today they have a sub driver!

Staff can be rude at times.
Several packages arrived damaged. Mail is sometimes torn open on the ends.

Trying to remove completely. Google will not allow it. So I'll leave this. Please just find another place to turn around, instead of my driveway. I put over$800. Into it last year. Other that this,
The staff, drivers are wonderful and do a good job. We had a temporary postal driver for awhile, and i was told by this driver (keeping private) they are Not supposed to use our driveways to turn around, it's to save them time.

My normal mailman is amazing, Loretta. She always delivers my mail, brings my bigger packages to the door, and if she forgets something she brings it back by the end of the day.
But when these new people come and they don't pay attention to the address or the names my neighbors end up getting my mail.
Recently I had a package that was delivered to someone down the road from me that I didn't know. Thankfully I was able to get it back. But these people need to pay closer attention to who they are delivering mail to and putting it in the right mailbox

I love our normal delivery lady but when someone else takes her place they dont pay attention and I end up getting my parents mail, my parents (next door) get someone else mail and my neighbor, who is a known theif, get a my mail. These new people dont pay any attention to whose mail they are delivering

Awesome employees, every one of them has always gone out of their way to be helpful and accomidating, even allowing me to get married in their lobby. Now there is a wedding never to be forgotten.
