United States Postal Service, Longview TX

This is one of the worst post offices I've ever had the misfortune to interact with. If you own a small business and ship a lot of packages, you're MUCH better off going to the location on Tryon Road. MUCH nicer people, so willing to help, and nothing like the rude a**holes at this location.

Met the delivery driver at the mailboxes only to be told she didn't put my package in her car because it didn't fit. So I had to go pick it up from the post office.

The box measured 1.5 feet by 1.5 feet by 8 Inches.

Isn't the whole point of a Delivery service to deliver your package to you?

Fast and friendly at McCann and Kilgore stations. Got in and out quickly with a smile. Give these guys a break, they work hard for us!

Usually there's only two workers behind the counter tending to customers, but I went to ups yesterday and there were no customers and the employee was rude. I love the usps now!

Bad and getting worse.have package showing delivery today. Was standing at mail box NO PACKAGE.and we are going to put ballots in their hands LMAO!

I moved into my new house June 1st. Ive ordered six packages from Amazon, the three that were sent UPS made it on the promised date. The three sent USPS through thr McCann office lost! This last one made it there, was sent to Dallas, then sent back? The USPS is terrible.

They clear coated the entire floor with lots of people hair and debree It's permanent and whoever did it should be held responsible.

Horrible, horrible service. Have had mail lost several times.my daughter social security card was supposed to be delivered now can’t seemed to find it & either returned it. Manager says he’s gonna return call & never does

Thanks to Louis DeJoys sabotage of the usps most of my mail is over two weeks overdue and cannot be located. My disability check is late, which I need to pay rent and utilities.
I’m tempted to sue usps and Louis DeJoy for tampering with and hindering the delivery of mail on top of withhold a federal check from its recipient.

They always losing mail, when you send mail to Dallas area, its is taking 2 weeks. They need to learn how to do their work.

I been on phone an hour wait now. They delivered a package today for me but not my house. I'm upset why they don't pay attention to the name and street address. Been having this problem for years.

The lady who answered the phone at 1: 30p on 12/19/2019, was extremely rude. Our simple question about our package availability was met with very unnecessary comments by the employee. Judging by previous comments this is very common at his location.

1/9/2020 4: 50pm - Specifically drove here to buy multiple books of stamps. Waiting/line area shows multiple displays of the various beautiful designs that USPS released. Then I get to the counter just to be informed by a lady in glasses that they are all out. To hear this from another business may be acceptable, but from an actual USPS center is another thing. It’s hard to believe that y’all would run out of your own stamps. I walked away with a sinking feeling that the employee was just lazy and didn’t wanna pull out the other designs.sigh.
