United States Postal Service reviews
12Continously not receiving scanned delivered mail. Countless times informed delivery shows expected mail and I don't receive for days. Delivery person scans well before Delivery or doesn't deliver scanned packages. You call the office they are rude short and unhelpful they don't care about your missing packages it's just a 8-5 for them.
Went to pick up a passport application. Was ignored for a while then finally called up to the desk. When I asked for the passport application, the male employee told me “this is a post office not a passport office. ” … every other post office I’ve been to has passport applications except this one? Maybe the size of the town is too small? I’m not sure why they didn’t have it, but I ran over to Cleburne and got a passport application from their post office instead!
The two man employees are very rude. None of them greet you or answer when you greet them. I didn't get to see the name of the skinny one but he's the meanest of them two. Why do they feel better than the customers?
USPS should have a better criteria when hiring personal.
What a shame. I rather drive all the way to Crowley to avoid them.
Went into Joshua Post and Print today to drop off some packages. Brad, that was working today was very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. This place is neat, clean and organized. I would recommend doing your business with them. Thank you Brad for all your help and kindness.
I was pleasantly surprised by this location when I chose to mail a mother's day gift with this post office. They had themed envelopes. My package was quickly shipped and arrived a day early. I shipped other mother's day gifts with UPS and paid double for their service. I also paid more for their envelope that wasn't decorated.
Our mail has been quick and efficient here, but I have only lived here for seven months.
Had a package that was slightly too big to fit in my mail box, delivery driver wouldn't pull into drive (10 feet) and leave package (spouse was home) like all other delivery services do. Now I have to make time to go pick it up.
Good luck getting a hold of someone here without having to show up in person. You’re gonna need it
I don't know what it is about this post office, but we've given them chance after chance for our packages. We've had a package we mailed out of state get lost in the back room & they didn't realize it until it was a week AFTER it was supposed to be delivered to Maryland, but only when we went up there & complained did they find it. Another time, they put that they delivered our package "on the porch" when we were standing outside when we got the notification & it was put in the mailbox. Her reason was "oh I just click on the first option, it's faster".
Another time we were waiting for a specific piece of mail and it didn't show for so long we had to have it redone. We've had some many issues and the lady that delivers is super rude.
Currently we have a package in a bigger box but the key she gave goes to a faulty lock. Instead of using the box next to it, she puts a extra key in that one and let's us struggle for the box to open. Now the key is twisted and I hope she will move the package.
I needed to glue my envelope and the dude behind counter said he doesn't trust me with the gluestick in case I take it out of the office. I couldn't believe he was for real. Why do they feel like they are doing an obligation by simply doing their job?
They are continually holding mail to my home, when there was no problem for 11 years.
They claimed it was blocked
I have pictures to the contrary, as I love alone and park away for just that reason and always have.
The Joshua Postal service didn’t deliver as it supposed to, they delivered my package and left at the trash cube down the street. I lost two packages that ordered merchandise for Christmas and now the company does not wanted to refunds because they said it was been delivered to me but nowhere be founds.
