Horrible experience, I will never return, I was struggling with a device that I was going to send, the guy never tried to help me, it took a long time to be able to pack it because it was bulky, I asked him for a cover and he took it back, he told me that he was going to close, he told me I treat abruptly and without education. I was there from 11: 30 to 12, the guy was tall, white, overweight, I didn't ask his name, I left there quite humiliated. Horrible service, I work in customer service and if I had done that to any client, I would no longer be working there. At first a very different man attended me, but I had to go out and buy a box and when I came back I ran into this disastrous guy
