United States Postal Service, Danbury TX

We were here yesterday. The lady at front desk was sternly helpful at first. We neededtoget a po box but sincehercomputer was down she told us we had to do thatonline. Towardtheendof our visit our visit shebecamewarmand very kind. I look forward to seeheragain.

The only person that I've ever dealt with here is a middle aged black woman that has one of the worst attitudes I've ever come across in any customer service field. I hate coming here.truly. I would rather drive to a different post office. I've never seen her in a good mood. I don't know why she behaves like this but she needs a different profession because dealing with the public isn't it. She totally turns the direction of my day around because of her bad attitude. It's like I've inconvenienced her by showing up.

The dark complected woman who works here has a hostile, unpleasant demeaner. She is never at the desk & acts bothered.

I avoid coming into this location. The Ladies (both) at this location are ALWAYS so rude. Automatically shut you down, they do not even let you explain or ask what you need. They are so disrespectful, unprofessional and make you feel like you are not even allowed to come in because they are not to be bothered. I once came in and its packages to return I barely made it in the door before the lady started shouting “No” at me. Did not let me get a word in and said those were not hers.

I NEVER WRITE A REVIEW BUT IM TIRED of the Lady in the front desk. She is THE WORST this isn’t the first time i go in for a package.she is disrespectful & attitude is horrible! I would feel a bit more comfortable if she would ATLEAST reply with a nice TONE but she definitely hates her job or is miserable all the time
Where do I call to file a complain

The woman that runs the Danbury Post Office obviously hates her job. This is the rudest individual I personally have ever came into contact with.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The lady that works the desk is so rude and disrespectful. I had ordered an item through Amazon and the tracking says that the item is at the Danbury Post Office Facility and its been late for 3 days. I went to ask what mightve happened to it and the lady barely even let me get 2 words out before she bit my head off telling me to call customer service. She didnt even try to go look to see if it mightve been misplaced or over looked. So, I called Amazon Customer Service and the KIND lady told me that it should be at the Danbury Postal Office unless they have lost it and instead of bitting my head off like the postal lady did she placed an order for another one and it should be here by Friday that is, if they dont lose it again.
